These Tiger Balm pain relief patches are fantastic! They work really well at soothing aches and pains, and the best part is that they’re much cheaper than what I’d pay at a Chinese herb shop. They’re easy to apply, and the relief lasts for hours. The scent is strong but not overpowering, and it definitely helps with muscle tension and soreness. Great value for money, and I’ll be buying them again!

I love tiger balm but realised I’d run out so thought I’d give these patches a try. I broke my hand several years ago and it never healed right so I’ve been in pain with it for a very long time. I’ve tried all sorts of things to ease the pain. These patches are fantastic they do take quite a while to get hot but they do get hot for sure. I’ve cut the patch to fit where my pain is and it’s really soothing it. Would defo recommend

I have used this type of patch in the past without issue on my wrist, however I lasted only an hour before having to take it off as it gave a burning sensation that got stronger the longer I left it. I ended up putting my wrist under cold water for 10mins then wrapping in cling film, treating it as a burn, to get the pain to subside. Hasn't helped my joint pain and has cost me a tenner for half a patch.

Chose these due to good reviews.. they stuck very well but pain relief was minimal and after I removed them I had a red “burn mark” the size of the plaster which is itchy hot and no improvement after 7 days and will require medical assistance!!! Not impressed at all

I've tried a lot of different pain relief patches, and these are the most intense ones I've used.They take a while to get going, but they ramp up to a high level and stay there for a good while. Online other brands like Deep Freeze, these actually stick well.Perhaps too intense for some, and they stick so well you may need to take them off in the shower to ease off the glue.Will be ordering again

I'm a bit concerned about these because on the ingredients it says - snake, scorpion, centipede and lots of other strange things. I'm wondering how these can be Herbal with some of these ingredients. It says they are mixed up into a paste, then spread onto these patches. Yuk. Anyway, I will apply and hope I'm still alive to let everyone know how they work. Watch this space.Edited 25th July 2024Well it says on the packets "Pain Relieving Patch". I've used 4 so far, and had on my arthritic foot, for a lot of hours, without any pain relief whatsoever. I guess that tells you how good they are not. Waste of money.

I am awaiting knee replacement surgery and these patches have made it possible for me to continue working without having to take pain killers which constipates me every time I would highly recommend and they do not burn anything like the wormwood or hemp ones
