I’m gonna leave a 5 star because it is the best thing I could find on the market to help me after having a vasectomy. However I think there needs to be improvement on where the ice pack or ice packs should go. Having a big pouch in front is great and all, but it freezer my Johnson more than my balls. I had to a-range my self in a somewhat uncomfortable way to ice only my balls. I think u should re-design a pocket or pockets for the ice packs to go to avoid the main package as much as possible. Maybe even change the shape of the ice pack.I saw a few reviews of people saying the ice packs break easily. That is not true at all. They are very good ice packs if u use common sense with them I see them lasting a long time.In the end having this product to help ice after surgery is better than any other alternatives I tried. So even if it stays the same I highly recommend it.Thank u for supporting my 🏀⚽️’s in a much needed time! 👍🏻

Very comfortable and durable. A must have for post op vasectomy patients. Stretchy and breathable. Washes well and helps keep cooling pads in place.

These are truly fantastic for post vasectomy care!! I will recommend them to anyone who has gotten the procedure. They are very comfortable and also provide great support. The material is soft which is an added bonus. The ice pack pocket is located perfectly for optimal placement. I saw some reviews mentioning a zipper on the ice pack pouch. The ones I received did not have a zipper but the pocket is deep enough that there were no issues with ice pack movement.So why only 4 stars instead of 5? The ice packs are a bit hard when frozen. It says they are still moldable when frozen but they are not. This makes placement difficult when switching the ice packs out. The packs however do last a long time which is great. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.Overall I would recommend these a heartbeat!

These fit great. My balls had great support. The same as boxer briefs so if wear those these will give the same support. There’s a zipper pouch and 2 nutcicle ice packs that come with it. The ice packs are top tier. They freeze quick and when you put them down there they have a material that doesn’t get you all wet like some other ice packs do. Only complaint is the zipper is a bit small so when you take the ice pack out you really have to pull on it and I smacked my nuts a few times which wasn’t great. I highly recommend these though the underwear is high quality and really comfy and the ice packs are the best compared to the other brands I got at the same time.

Very soft. I would wear them as normal underwear. Good pouch. Funny marketing. Ice packs can be a little too cold.

Meh. The material is soft, and these are comfortable, but the ice pack is relatively small, and I needed a separate ice pack/bag of peas for the lower stomach “kicked in the balls” soreness. These might be nice for sweaty summer days though

So I got these as a "gift" from my wife. I had been procrastinating scheduling the appointment. This resulted in gentle nudging. 'Yeah yeah it's on my to do list.' More procrastinating. Nudging turned to nagging. Then frustration and anger. For both of us.Look, I'm man enough to admit it. I was terrified of having this procedure done. And no matter how many times a doc or a nurse says 'it's easy, you'll be fine' - dude. It's MY unit. I appreciate the sacrifice of pregnancy. I 100% know that women have it harder. Love our kids. But still.My wife bought these without me noticing. Wrapped them up, wrote a note with a wink face, and gave em to me on a random Tuesday. I thought it was a gag gift at first. The packaging is absolutely hilarious.But no - these are real. As good as any compression shorts that I work out in. Her point made - I let out a heavy sign. And made the call that day.I will update after my recovery is complete. Pray for me (ha). And no. I won't be including any photos.EDIT: Well, it's done. Full recovery. And now I'm official.These were really great. The packs were placed where they needed to be. The compression fabric (much tighter than boxers) was helpful because they pulled the packs 'up and in.' Definitely was 10x better than just resting bags of peas, which I did for a half day when these were in the wash.The blue ice packs are cold. Maybe too cold for some people. But after the initial burst of discomfort, they were manageable. And, like an ice pack, stayed cool a long time. Like any sore body part. Keep em numb and minimal pain.My neighbor had the same procedure done three months ago. And got bad inflammation which... I think his doc told him could be fatal?? I honestly stopped listening in terror. But I'm out of the woods. And glad to be done.Product did what it promised. And now - time for me to do what I promised. (wink)
