Do not purchase this item, it has defective charging battery and will not last. For my purchase it only lasted 2 days. I purchased this for a karaoke party, tested the mic and it worked 1 day before the party. Decided to recharge the mic after testing the product for the party so it would be full battery and then when needed "showtime" it wouldn't turn on. It wouldn't charge and the button was just lighting red each time I depressed it.I emailed customer service and they replied: "The charging voltage is very low, 5V, Sometimes if charge by outlet, overcharge might impact the battery."So in other words: they put a cheap battery that can't even handle an electrical outlet charge and it will blow the MIC battery inoperable. They recommended only charging on laptops or with a external battery source. That's fine and dandy but very inconvenient and too "IF" for someone that appreciates quality electronics and merchandise... "Just roll the dice with this one and hope it works," No Thanks! I want something that was designed to last "Not make it to break it!"

I own a full size karaoke system so I am a bit biased, I will try to rate this keeping in mind that it only cost 1/10 the price of my other system.The microphone looks to be well made and quite sturdy. It comes in a very nice case that is padded and zips closed. It came with a partial charge and took about 4 hours to completely charge. The Bluetooth paired with my iPad easily and I could play music and YouTube karaoke songs thru the speaker portion of the device.I tested the functions and found that they all worked well except the microphone volume never got very loud. I especially liked the echo effect for singing. This microphone will work fine for an individual or very small gathering but I don't think the microphone volume is loud enough to carry very far in a large space. The way this thing seems to work is, the speaker plays just like a bluetooth speaker at whatever volume you set on your iPad or phone and that is loud enough. The microphone goes thru its built in amplifier, volume control and special effects and then plays thru the same speaker. You can leave the Bluetooth source out of the picture and use it as an amplified microphone for singing or just speaking.

I initially bought one for myself and loved it. After showing my mom and grandma, they wanted me to buy one for them too. So I did. They love it. AND THEN during Thanksgiving, my two aunts and my uncles' girlfriend were really into the mics (shall I note that they were hogging it all night xD) so we bought three more as x-mas gifts. Now, I am buying another one for my dads' white elephant for work. So in total, I think I have purchased 7 VERKB mics in the last 3 months, maybe, idk. I feel like I should be sponsored by VERKB for all the money I spent on these mics. VERKB hit me up :) Anyway, I mainly bought the light gold and the rose gold. I bought a black one for my mom and put diamond ribbon covering the handle. It looks amazing and fit for a diva. I wish I could post a photo, but I'm just too lazy.Sing in the bathroom, it has perfect acoustics!!!

Looks beautiful and sounds amazing however after 2 days my mic just completely stop working out of nowhere truly sad me and my daughter love karaoke :,( Giving this product one star because it's duaribility sucks. Maybe it was just a defected one I received.UPDATE-After speaking to the service team they immediately contacted me back within a 24hr time frame. They took action and sent me a new mic. This mic I had for about a week and it is going strong. This company is a trustworthy seller and I will be ordering from them again.UPDATEI haven’t used the mic often but i used it. Now the product is officially died and will not charge. This is the second time that this have happened. There is no logical reason but that the battery in this device sucks and because of that I give this product a 1 out of 5. I should not have to keep getting the product replaced because of horrible battery life. I will be ordering another mic from another company.

This microphone is just ok. It is mostly as-advertised, but there are several things which make it lower quality. My main thing is that it doesn’t pick up sounds very well unless you sing directly into the top. If you hold it at an angle it is not going to pick up your voice. The speaker does not get very loud. I keep the volume once the highest setting all the time. This isn’t a big deal yet, but I have had it for only a few months and it already seems to be getting glitchy. The turning on sound doesn’t happen for several seconds, and it has started mixing it up with the turning off sound. Again, this isn’t a big deal but just speaks to the quality. I’ve never owned another karaoke mic so I don’t know if there is better quality in this price range.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a fun little mic. Great to keep kids occupied.The build quality is good, it's mostly aluminum/steel, and is pretty durable. The included storage case will help it survive abuse when not in use.It works really well all on it's own off of the TF card. While playing songs from TF, you can hold the "PLAY" button, and it will switch to the Karaoke mode, removing the vocals from whatever song is playing. It does a pretty good job with the signal processing, and usually you can just barely hear the words in the background.. with some songs, you can't hear the vocals at all.The adjustments for bass/treble/reverb allow you to tweak qualities of your voice, so that it better suits the song.
