I'd bought the newborn size, but they were too big for our 7lb, 9oz (21 inch) son. They are a little thicker than the Pampers from the hospital, but otherwise, fit about the same. As another reviewer mentioned, there isn't much blowout protection, especially around skinny newborn legs. But that's to be expected and since we're going through 8-12 diapers a day, it isn't a big deal. I wish there were some sort of image on the front like the larger sizes--not so much for aesthetics, but so during the groggy 3am diaper changes, it is easier to tell the front from the back with only a nightlight.As a reference, we cloth diaper once the babes get to about 10 pounds, but do disposables at night. I've used all sizes of Bambo up through 5 (my other son is 19 months.) While these are the "leakiest" of the bunch, I think that's just par for the course with little newborns. I am more concerned with there being no chemicals or other nasty stuff in the diaper than having to do a couple extra wardrobe changes once in a while--might as well get to use all those cute newborn clothes while they still fit!

I have used this brand for a few years with my daughter and absolutely love them. I do think the sizing is way off though. My son was born a few weeks ago at 8 lbs 15 oz and 21 inches long. He wore premature size until he was 2 weeks old when I switched to the newborn size. The newborn size is still a little bit big for him, but definitely provides more blowout protection than the premature size. I had some leaking with those, but nothing unexpected when dealing with the super runny newborn poops. I haven't had one leak since starting newborn size though. Love the brand- highly recommend!

Reviewing the preemie size 0.These diapers are pretty good. I have twins boys that were born at 5 & 6 lbs. These were too big initially. But once they were maybe 7-8 lbs, these fit them.I did have a couple leaks around the legs of only ONE of the boys, but he has leaks with all of the diapers that we've tried (even pampers and huggies).I like that the outside isn't that cottony material like huggies and pampers because with that cottony material, if the babies sleep for more than 4hrs overnight, then their pj's will be slightly damp from the diapers. This doesn't have that material, so I don't have to worry about that.Also, they were getting these blisters from where the edges of the pampers would touch their skin. The blisters completely went away when I started using these bambo diapers.

Terrible! I bought this brand three years ago to bring to the hospital for my daughter, and they were wonderful. Now, they are terrible. I foolishly ignored the comments about the redesign, which was to my own detriment. Every time my newborn poops (sorry if TMI) it leaks out of the legs. Doesn't matter how much or how little she goes. Sometimes, we change her before she's done going (so hard to tell) and then a minute later, we have to change her whole outfit again. This means that at least twice per night we have had to change clothes and sheets on her bassinet, and we are going through swaddle blankets like there's no tomorrow. I can't take it anymore. We've used only two packages of the six ridiculously expensive diapers, and I'm done with them. I should have been done sooner, but leaving the house to buy other diapers is no easy task with a newborn and toddler (neither is incessant laundry, though). I will see if Amazon will provide a partial refund, but I'm not optimistic. I feel bad even donating them somewhere, because I don't want to force any new mommy to do so much laundry. Most likely, I'm just stuck. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The Bambo Premature diapers feel thick and soft. They are almost exactly the same size as the Pampers Newborn diapers the hospital sent us home with. There isn't much blow-out protection in the Premature size, so definitely do not recommend if you won't be checking the diaper frequently, or if your baby produces a lot at once. Otherwise, love the diaper.

These preemie diapers fit my 6lb 20in baby born at 35 weeks. They are soft, absorbent, chemical free, and environmentally friendly. We haven't had any leak/blow-out issues. They fit similarly to newborn pampers. We preferred bambo preemie over newborn sized pampers, honest co, and earth best.

I am very happy with these. They are very absorbent and function no differently than the swaddlers we had in the hospital. I wish they had a cute design like the larger size but hey, I do feel much better about the fact that they are green.

I really wanted to like these diapers because they are made with less chemicals, and I liked the fact that they are green. My 7 lb baby was too small to fit into the newborn size so we had to overnight the premie size for her once we got home from the hospital. She had 3 blowouts, every time she pooped, and we had to switch back to the Pampers the hospital sent us home with. We've had no blowouts with them. I like how the diapers feel, and they are very absorbent when only wet. I just don't have the time to take care of a newborn and constantly do laundry due to all the blowouts.

The description says 6 x 24. I received 1 pack of 24 for £9.75.

The product in itself is good but the delivery is disappointing as two times in succession I have received the diapers without any packing. It just has the address label sticking to the product's packing and no other wrapping/packing.

Nice and comfortable for premature babies. ill rate it 4 out of 5 due to pricing else no complaints.

For newborns who are underweight, this is a very good diaper. My baby is small and this product is snug and fits very well. Baby sleeps well in it.

Great size for newborn babies. Even smaller fit than huggies or pumpers newborn. Worked well for my 3.03kg son when he was born and after for few weeks. BUT it is quite expensive even for organic and eco-friendly diapers.
