Initial opinion and review on this AGPTek mp3 player is VERY good. I did not need to read the manual whatsoever. I loaded up my 1600 songs in no time and figured this thing out pretty quick. It's very intuitive. (being techy does help !) It does SO MUCH STUFF, SO MANY SETTINGS ! Audio is excellent with power to spare. The included earbuds are a nice size and put out great sounding audio. They do well on higher volumes with no distortion. They might be a bit large for some ears though and not stay in place. The battery lasts for a crazy amount of time and I believe that it easily approaches the claimed 80 hours if not more. I've been trying to sort of measure how long that is, but it's days and days. The matte finish gives a very nice non slippery feel in your hand. Nice sized screen and clear visuals. This was my third attempt at purchasing an mp3 player, the first two were total crap and got returned. For this price, this player seems to be of some pretty good quality. This is a replacement to my Sandisk Sansa Clip and I thought THAT did a lot of stuff ! The only thing missing from this player is a clip on back for your pocket, shirt, or pants, but I can do without it for something this small and light. I'm hoping that my review and opinion will still be applicable after a month or two or six. You all will be the first to know !

The media could not be loaded.  I normally never review products but I just stumbled across this video of my son exactly one year ago using this mp3 player. My son literally breaks EVERYTHING. His Amazon fire kids tablet with case broke within two weeks. An old iphone with otterbox? One month. Even his stuffed animals have missing legs or eyeballs.This Mp3 player has survived over a year now. The battery charges fast and holds for days in frequent use and MONTHS if not used (doesn't discharge like most electronic devices). My son has dropped this, stepped on it, left it outside overnight exposed to the elements. Stuffed it at the bottom of his toy bin, squeezed it as hard as he could, tried jamming wrong chargers into the charging port. It still works great! This was the best investment I've ever made for him, and when it does eventually break I will not hesitate to buy again.

I love that the advertised battery life is accurate. I have not had to charge the device since I got it. The material used for the case is also really good as it provides excellent grip. I am impressed with the sound quality too.The things that I found wrong with the device how hard it is to use the lock function, maybe program a new way to do it? The earphones provide excellent sound although the design could be better since I already misplaced the earphone sponge because of constantly removing the device from my pocket. Are there in-ear earphones available?Excellent device otherwise.

hello all, i recently bought this mp3 player and i enjoy it alot first off i dont have to convert my itunes songs to mp3 from their m4a format to play on this device but it still plays mp3 format. it also has plenty of room for all my songs i have now maybe later on i will need to add a sd card to expand my memory but not right now. the color camo is nice and the battery life is really good i have had it off the charger for about a week playing my playist(30 song) off and on and i only used 25 percent power. there are a couple of things they could improve on. I am happy they got playlists i just wish it was easier to organize them, also the controls are kinda small for someone with big hands or wearing gloves. but all and all i am happy with my purchase.

This mp3 player is "amazing" it has a lot of simple easy to use controls and i got the camo color .I love the way it feels its not hard plastic or metal but a nice rubbery firm type of plastic. I love this mp3 player because unlike the first cheap mp3 player I got for about $19 this one shows cover pictures for songs while the other one just had bars that went up and down. Length is about 3.5 inches width is 1.5 inches. nice size small and light.Please listen to me do not go for the cheap mp3 player, that's what I did the first time and every thing went well until like 3 months later when it became as hard as hell to charge it. It has cool screensaver clocks O and one more thing the battery life is wonderful I never even charged it yet.when i say light i mean super light .The earphones that it comes with has a mic and look great unlike my first ones. just so you know the mp3 player does not come with a micro chip.

Died after 3 months of limited use. Never exposed to water or snow. Exasperated at poor build quality. Another example of “tissue electronics”. Constantly freezes up and computers will not recognize it.Checked web and the 821 seems to have these same problems. After multiple cheap MP3 players I should have just paid the same cash for a good one.

After hours of researching so many MP3 players, I settled on a couple of these for my kids Christmas presents. They work and sound great. My kids like that they can plug it into external speakers if they don't want to use earbuds, that they can also listen to their favorite radio stations plus record their favorite songs from the radio. Downloading songs from the computer to the player is easy too.

A very nice player with great sound for the price. The software is a little wonky to use, but not bad for the price. Battery life is outstanding. I would buy this over costlier name-brand players any day. I just wanted a decent player for the gym, and this is a great choice. I also use it to play music through the external input jack in my car radio.

Very happy with my purchase. This was a present for my 7 year old son and he LOVES it! Very user friendly and sturdy for a kid compared to a cheaper alternative I purchased for my daughter (also on Amazon.com.au). Admittedly, this unit stopped working after 1.5 months but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one within 2 days!!! I definitely recommend.
