A great quality vanilla paste. I use it for everything, for the most part. It gives a better more even vanilla taste to what ever is being backed. My husband uses it for his banana bread instead of vanilla extract. Everything that we have used it no one can tell the difference, but they can taste an even vanilla taste.

Love all there products. The jalapeño bacon is awesome on crackers with cream cheese and smoked salmon.

This stuff is Ahmazing! Had samples at a little boutique shop and had to purchase some. Now that it's gone I decided to replenish and share with family members. Cream cheese and crackers was my initial foray, but good on burgers or as a glaze.

This stuff is delicious. It has just the right amount of heat, balanced with the sweet and savory bacon backup. It's great on cream cheese and crackers, as an add to a grilled cheese sandwich, or on a burger that wants a little zing but not a straight pepper. Yum.

Really tasty jam. I take a star off since it had kind of leaked out when it arrived but such a small amount. It was more so sticky than having lost even a full serving. This was really tasty. Smoky in flavor actually. Not so spicy but a good taste of bacon.
