WhynterBWR-18SA 18 Bottle Built-in Wine, Stainless Steel Beverage Refrigerator

Worked great for 17 months, then lost control of the temperature. It would not shut off. It froze the wine in the bottom of the cooler. I tried reseting, changing the filter, unplugging the unit, but nothing seemed to work. I put a small dish of water in the bottom of the cooler each time and it froze solid. Worked great for a while and looked good, but just did not last.

Very quiet, easy to set up- door is reversible with a safety key for child proofing. But temperature control is not ideal. The temperature changes on its own regardless of the setting you put it on.

I bought it a few years ago. The compressor failed. The air keep blowing out. My wood floor start to cracked. I have to turn it off. Now is just working as a good looking box in the kitchen.

It is Perfect!! Makes my kitchen look beautiful! Keeps my drinks perfect.

I bought the unit from bestbuy. It stopped working after 6 months. I called bestbuy. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I did. They told me that it only had a 3 month warranty. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! Don't buy Wynter products.

I've had my Whynter BWR-18SA for 2 years. It is well designed and looks great. Recently the compressor failed and the unit no longer stays cold. It's out of warranty. Fortunately, Daniela G. From the customer service team has worked with me to get a new unit shipped.

For the price this is a great product Fits under our granite countertop perfectly.
