Not a good design of the assembly.
The center parts have to be exactly the right height, while the handles have to be a little higher to get good spline engagement. Problem is, the are made into one assembly with the copper tubing, and they don't line up. ALSO, the splines on the handles don't allow good alignment of the handles; one spline different is several degrees. Again, if they were not connected with ridged tubing you could adjust them.

Difficut to install
In a retro fit installation it is very difficult to install due to having to accurately measure copper pipe and solder several joints in a very confined space. Other than installation, once it's done, it works great. High flow and no splash fills tub quickly. The diverter allows installation of a hand held shower (I did not add this yet) for a very spa like experience. If not using hand held, you must cap off the water line on the bottom. It is a screw on fitting so it's easy.
