Keeps coffee hot and cool drinks cold all day! To still have ice cubes 8 hours later is really impressive. Went back for more as gifts.

Absolutely leak-proof. Easy to clean. Love the pale blue color and faux cork (epoxy) handle grip. Keeps hot drinks hot for a couple hours even outside in a Kitsap winter storm. Lightweight and fits perfectly in the vehicle cup holder. Only minor criticism is that the handle is a separate piece rather than molded and there is some epoxy/adhesive exposed where it was attached. I have not risked sending it through the dishwasher because of this, hurt otherwise i love this mug.

I have trouble with my hands these days. This cup is perfect to hold by the cork lined handle or around the bottom of the cup. It doesn't get hot on the outside like other metal insulated cups I've had. Hot liquids stay hot for at least 3 + hrs. Cold does stay cold for at least 2 hrs. This is the second one I purchased as I liked the first one I use for coffee so much I got a second one for my tea. It holds 16 oz which is equivalent to a large DD coffee cup. The lid is definitely leak proof. When you put the lid on the cup, make sure to place it when you want the opening to end up to drink out of it. Then twist it in place. Leave the opening, open as it will be easier to twist on. With the opening closed you create a vacuum while you are closing it and it makes it harder to twist on. If you put the lid on any place, that is where it will end up to drink out of which might be inconvenient. Look at the lid placement when it arrives. That is the tip to know where it will end up if you place it there to twist back in place. Love, love love this travel mug.

I bought this travel mug for my mom for Christmas. She loves it. It does not leak and does not spill when knocked over. It's very durable and not cheaply made. We've tried all of the good brands, one of our favorites cannot be found because it was in a truck stop as a promotional thing. We both bought one. She wanted a second cup so she would have one for coffee and one for tea. This cup is a winner!! Don't pass it by!

The BEST mug EVER!!! I was tired of my old mug leaking in my lunch bag and my sister told me about how she had gotten a new mug and how much she loved it. So, I ordered one for myself and I am in love! It is super easy to clean, keeps my coffee hot for hours, and doesn't leak. Plus it's super cute. What's not to love??

This cup is just ok. It does not keep my coffee hot. It does keep drinks cold and it is spill proof. I’ve turned it upside down and shook it and it never leaked a single drop. If you’re looking for a cup for cold drinks, buy this one. If you want to sip on your coffee for a bit then keep looking. It does not perform well with anything hot.
