Laura Ellen Anderson's illustrations and stories in the Amelia Fang series captured our imaginations last summer. We simply could not get enough of Nocturnia and all of its "fangtastic" characters---vampires, pumpkins, grim reapers, yetis, unicorns, and mummies to name a few. We quickly gobbled up books one and two and were still hungry for more wonderful illustrations and fun stories. So, imagine our surprise when book three was released in the fall. The wait is never long for another book in what is promised to be a nine-book series. When does Laura Ellen Anderson sleep? Book four was released in March, and my nine-year-old woke up early on a Saturday, snuck downstairs, and had it read before I could even open my eyes. When I asked her what she thought, we shouted, "ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND CERTAINLY MAGICAL!" Those words sum up our feelings about one of the best artists and illustrators in England. We are SO grateful Amazon can skip a copy across the pond to us in America. We will always be ready for more adventures with Amelia!
