I love masala chai and have mixed my own spices on occasion, so I'm a self-admitted fan of chai, but this tea is an outstanding discovery. It's the Rolls-Royce of chai! The spices are well blended, and assertive but not overly strong or rough. The tea itself is flavorful and has a rich depth (sorry, I don't speak tea-taster). It makes you notice your tea, and feel special.The company is committed to supporting workers and the environment, which makes IT special.

I’ve been drinking black tea made with loose leaves for 50 years. This tea blend of Darjeeling and Assam is without doubt my all time favorite. It has a complex flavor and fragrance and only mild bitterness—just enough. I usually drink it iced and it is robust enough to stand up to that. It is well packaged for freshness. I take out a few week’s supply to my tea jars and keep the rest tightly wrapped up and in the box it came in.

I love this tea and have been drinking it for 2 years, one cup per day. I just got my latest order, and was somewhat surprised to find that it contained only one vacuum packed bag of tea, not two (2) as in the past. The price for this bag was about $15, and the prior price was about $20 for the two (2) bags. I guess this is what you call shrink-flation. That's why I took off one star. Be aware.

Excellent smell and taste, from just regular Earl Grey tea fron other brands. First time trying this vendor and will order again. Packed very well also, with additional items included.

I like how it was packaged to prevent breakage/crumbling. Seems like a good quality tea but the bergamot was overwhelmingly floral or perfumey. It reminded me exactly of Twinings Earl Gray tea bags. Both of which I need to cut with an an english breakfast type blend to make a what I consider a good cuppa. I ordered because my usual Numi aged earl gray was out of stock.

I love this good, strong tea. I steep two teaspoons for a full five minutes. Add some sugar and half-and-half. So good! The flavor is somewhat malty and earthy, not too bitter. This is my favorite morning tea.
