I have been on a several year long quest to find the right pillow. I have neck pain and stiffness that is exacerbated by not having a supportive pillow. Many different brands and firmness have been tried and tossed to the bottom of my closet. Too thin. Too firm. Not enough neck support. Too hot. Etc. I was hesitant to try this one because many reviews complained that it wasn’t firm enough. Glad I decided to try it anyway. And HOLY MOLY! I FINALLY found the pillow for me!! I found it to be perfectly firm yet soft. It holds its shape and offers the right amount of support. Since using it, I have slept like a rock and wake with ZERO neck stiffness or pain. I am elated on all accounts. I tell everyone about my pillow! Lol! Ordering two more for family members. Thank you for this life saving pillow!

It’s a good neck pillow but not what I was expecting or looking for in my first neck pillow. It’s comfortable, however I find it too soft as it doesn’t keep its form when sleeping on it to provide the support to the neck as it’s supposed to. I still get some neck pains because of this. It provides minor support since it’s soft. The shape does stay after sleeping on it which is good, it doesn’t flatten. I just wish it was more firm to fill the space to my neck

I don't want to base my review solely on my own personal contour needs. Therefore, I will highlight that the pillow is of good quality, has no chemical smell, and and the material is soft. It would likely be very good for someone wanting a corrective pillow that is not too firm. I got this one specifically for its advertisement of being very firm but it's not. If I can easily fold a contour pillow in half it's not firm enough for me. If someone is looking for a softer support contour pillow this may work for you.

I have a cervical disk issue & have tried a number of different pillows without success.This one is a blessing for side & back sleeping!My face/head softly sinks into it yet it offers adequate support! Love it!

I wish I could give this pillow a zero star review. I know polyurethane memory foam pillows release toxic chemicals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), for a couple days after opening the package, so I gave it 5 days to air out before using it the first time. Unfortunately the first time I slept on this pillow my eyes were extremely irritated and bloodshot in the morning.I washed the pillow cover and left the foam pillow outside for a week to de gas and the second night I tried the pillow it was even worse!! I couldn't even go to work my eyes were so red.I don't have any allergies or sensitive eyes, so the chemicals are extremely potent with this product.The pillow is made by Contour Products and they state here that this pillow is safe and hypoallergenic. And that it past the CertiPUR-US & OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 safety tests. But unfortunately the safety tests are all run by the foam companies themselves. A total scam. Polyurethane foam is cheap and they make a lot of money off of these pillows.I'm never going to buy another foam pillow again. Yes I got my money back, but it took 2 days for my eyes to go back to normal and stop itching and I lost a full day's pay. Stay away from heavy chemicals!

The title of my review pretty much says it all. This pillow is very comfortable and I am completely satisfied with it.I can't rate it on pain relief because pillows don't releive pain. They don't contain any drugs or medication that is capable of relieving pain. I rate it 5 stars on comfort. It's soft, yet it offers support for my neck. It contours to the shape of my head and neck. It is reasonably priced and standard size pillow cases fit it. I recommend it.
