My DREO vertical fan arrived and the fan was very carefully and securely packaged. I've been using it the past 6 days in my living room non stop on its own "without" any air conditioner to assist, and I couldn't be more happy with this fan.All others customers who have left positive reviews about this fan are telling the truth.Its been a very hot 85° to 90° with 85% humidity and 80° dew point and this DREO fan goes above and beyond to keep me cool and comfortable.It has 9 speeds and even at the lower speeds of #2 and #3 it works flawlessly, and at all speeds it is super quiet, but for the nice cool breeze this fan generates, you wouldn't even know its on. Definitely the best fan I ever owned. Worth every dollar spent !I will be purchasing one more soon for bedroom.

This fan is literally life-changing if you live in a hot climate. I really don't grasp the technology that provides whisper quiet total room air flow. We have large rooms, including a combo cathedral ceiling living dining room that is effectively regulated with one of these. I use one in a large bedroom during the summer months to move fresh air from open windows ( I hate AC at night). We have three of these and one is used in an open kitchen family room area. There are almost infinite settings to tweak to control zero noise, zero lights on the panel, timers, level of flow, and more. They are also light weight to move easily and have a back panel to remove for cleaning. Wow! What an invention!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:After reading a lot of reviews I decided on this model to replace an older tower fan used in a stuffy bedroom that was too noisy.The Dreo came well packaged and assembled easily. I had no problems and it turned right on. The touch controls are easily identified and the remote works well. The best feature is how quiet it is. While I have been using only the two lowest settings, it is so quiet that I have to put my hand in front of it to make sure it is on. Setting are confirmed with a lit screen, which turns off so you are not bothered by lights while trying to sleep. The timer setting works well. In all, I am very pleased.

Doing this review after using the fan for about a month. We have this running in our bedroom. We have it about 10 feet away from our bed, and we can feel it strongly. It gives off a lot of power and the oscillating does a great job of cooling both of us throughout the night. It looks nice and it doesn't take up too much room.I feel like it is about as noisy as other similar fans this style and size that we have had. I like the noise though, it's like white noise to sleep to.I took one star off because sometimes the power button will not react when I push it. It's completely random when this happens. No matter where I tap it or how hard, it just will not acknowledge and turn on. But if I use the remote, it turns on. The next day, it might be just fine. It's an annoyance for sure. It did not do this for the first 1-2 weeks of usage, so it's kind of frustrating that it's happening this early on, and I hope it doesn't mean this thing isn't going to last. Because the last one we had was about 1/2 the cost and lasted for 7 years.

The best tower fun I have ever owned. I live in Louisiana and it gets pretty hot and humid. I love the fact that the fan is much taller than the ones I have ever owned. The power is wonderful, the air pushes further away. I do not have to have my window under up so high anymore. I highly recommend and will be buying another soon for other rooms.

this fan is everything we needed. we have central heat and air, and ceiling fans, but my husband and i work in the heat all day so we like to have a fan on us when we hang out in the living room.It is very quiet, we use the oscillating part most of the time and still very quiet. and so effective.there are cheaper options. but i’m so glad we went with this exact fan

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I tried this fan because of the comments of how quite it is. WELL IT IS. I have this in my family room and no need to turn the volume up on the TV even on 7 it's still quiet
