Mind you I have only put it on my dog he hasn't needed to use it yet but I'm very impressed with the stretch, the fit, the thickness, everything. I like that it is sleek to his body, so I won't be nervous that he will get caught in anything. My dog is 64lbs he is a pitbull/lab mix and the large fits him like a glove :)

I have a German short hair that used whore this in frozen potholes and he stayed warm and mostly dry. He’s 67 pounds and the large fit great

Fits my basset hound well. Adjustable and can be cut to fit. Offers her some protection from sticks and rocks.

I love this product. I bought it to protect my German wire haired dogs chest after he had surgery to protect his chest from being irritated from the grass and rocks I have in my driveway due to living in the country. He loves having it on and can now lay where he wants.

I have a 60 lb Black Lab and the Large vest fits her perfectly. The adjustability of this vest is excellent! I have only used it for one duck season but so far I think this is an amazing vest, especially for the price.

(UPDATED at 1 year from purchase) Like many other reviewers, I would say that the biggest downfall of this product is the durability. The vest started to deteriorate after about 6 months of use. The stitching began to unravel and there is significant wear around the handle and all other areas near the velcro.USE: this vest was thoroughly tested! Our English Springer Spaniel goes on 1-2 hour training runs 3-5x a week. These involve running along riverbanks, jumping over brush and trees, swimming, as well as some trail use. At the time of this review, she is now 2 years old, has a 28" chest and 18" neck, and weighs around 50lbs.DESIGN: There are three velcro patches on the dogs back, one of which goes under the handle. It’s very strong velcro but kind of difficult to adjust the fit after it has been placed. It seems to keep our ESS warm when she’s in and out of the water in cold, winter months. The bandana was added for safety during hunting season. I wish that there was a vest on the market with a little blaze orange on the back in addition to the camo.

Good product, will be getting another for next year just next size up

Used it two times and it has a hole in it. I guess it’s going it’s job of keeping my dog safe from brush tho
