Great for self contained classes
I teach elementary school special ed students in a self contained classroom. Last year my students kept running ahead and wandering in different directions. This year I ordered this before school started and it has made a huge difference. The students have already gotten used to grabing the loops of the rope.The loops have velcro so you can make the loops wider to fit around the hands then close the velcro so the loop is smaller. The kids can easily unvelcro it on their own. There are 12 loops, 6 on each side. They are next to each other on each side. So kids have to walk side by side in twos. The rope is yellow and the loops are 3 different colors.
