old review:The sound is absolutely terrible. I'm not one of those super picky sound people but this was crazy bad. Doesn't get loud enough and is all tinny and high pitched with no bass. I have owned other symphonized products and they are pretty good but these are awful.Update:Symphonized graciously sent me a new pair very quickly, the tinny sound was much better, customer service is excellent. That said, the part that holds the earbud popped within a couple days exposing the wires. You can pop it back in but it should come off in the first place. There is also a weirdly shaped connection point that buds themselves go on and they constantly fall off and I lose them. I've already gone through the whole bag of replacements and different sizes. I bought these ones because they over-ear piece but I may need to go back to another kind symphonized makes as those lasted a long time and sounded better. Can/t be stated enough the I have generally good lukc with their wired products and their customer service is great.

I really like the design of these earbuds, especially the magnets that can hold the two earbuds together. This prevents the lose ends from getting tangled. They're comfortable and relatively easy to put on despite the hooks. They also paired with my phone no problem. HOWEVER...The pair I received does not work unless plugged into a charger. I charged them for 24 hours, but they stop working as soon as I take them off the charger. They also have pretty tinny sound quality; I specifically get Symphonized earbuds because they usually have good sound quality, so this is a huge disappointment.I would dismiss this as just a dud, but it seems that only 1 in every 6 pairs of Symphonized earbuds I get actually work properly for at least 2 years. The very few good pairs I've had were wonderful, but every other pair I've had either breaks within a few months, one earbud doesn't work, or audio crackles. This is the worst I've been disappointed though, especially since this model seems to be discontinued now.Some other reviews complain that Symphonized has gone downhill in the past couple of years, but that's not true: they've always been crap. I've only kept getting these because my experience with other brands is worse, but earbud technology has improved a lot over the past few years, so Symphonized won't have me for much longer if they keep this up. Their customer service is really their only saving grace, but it can't keep serially unreliable products afloat for long.

I have wired earbuds from this brand and liked them quite a lot! But the wireless ones didn't seem up to snuff - despite charging them for a long time (overninght, in an instance), and the LED indicating a full charge, I could never get the headphones to power on, or pair, or reset, or react really in any way. Amazon "expert" walked me through some steps to troubleshoot, but they were they same steps in the booklet in the box... and those steps didn't work. Never heard back from the manufacturer. Tried two pairs, with no success, so I'm returning and trying elsewhere.

Received quickly. After receiving the headset, I plugged it in to a charger using the provided USB cable. There was no light at all for about 5 minutes, then a blue light. According to the manual, a blue light indicates a full charge. I held down the multifunction button (middle button according to the manual) for 3 seconds, nothing. I tried to hold it down longer, nothing. I then tried to hold it down until I heard something, still nothing.TL;DR: Would not even turn on.

Very easy to pair with my Samsung J3. They do not sound quite as good or have as much bass as my older wired Skullcandy earbuds, but the quality is still bordering on very good. The earbuds are magnetized at the rear so you can stick them together when not in your ears and they will hang around your neck without falling off. It's a bit tricky at first to get them on, there's just a bit of a learning curve.One thing that impressed me is the battery life, which seems to be very long.Well worth the 28 bucks.

I’ve bought my last 6+ pairs of earbuds from symphonized, and have always praised them as a cheap, but quality choice. After losing my last pair, i ordered this one, a model i had not owned before. The fit of these is incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. The plastic made to wrap around the outside of your ears is rigid, and it isn’t super obvious how they are supposed to fit. Plus, once i got them on, it felt rather loose, and i would’ve liked to remove them entirely or adjust them, but there is no such feature. They also take a hot second to put on. Couldn’t just pop them in and walk out the door. I had to just sit and mess with them to get them right.This is due to defect I’m sure, but mine also would not turn on. After 8 hours of charging, I could not even get the charging light to turn on, let alone the headphones themselves.Extremely disappointed.

I've gotten 3 pairs of these, and have had some mixed results. The first pair were good for the value, but after I moved I lost them so I reordered. Unfortunately, the first and second set I reordered and replaced have had a issue with the battery were the headsets won't even turn on unless they are plugged into the wall..Not sure if the item has changed since I bought it first, but I'm likely not going to try again. If you want to take a shot ordering these go ahead, however just wanted to give people a heads up. For the record, when I got a replacement for the 2nd pair they did come very quickly just had the same issue.

My first pair was alright after I super glued the rubber ear buds on. Then something in the wiring going into the battery went out. I ordered a new pair and they wouldn't charge, so I sent them back for a third pair and they also would not charge, so I sent them back also for a refund.

Got my order today.Looks great! Love the firm ear hooks! Nice firm feel to it!Everything is fine except the earphone refuses to power on. I mean, I couldn't have been pushing and holding the multifunction button without intending to crush it.

Doesn’t bloody work, raging, got next day delivery because I needed them ASAP, charged them the blue light comes on, but the power button doesn’t work nothing happens, not amused

erstmal zu faziert ja der klang ist wirklich nciht schlechtaber !!lauft zeit von 5-6 stunden hahahahahhaa ich habe es jetzt mal getest bei 50% sound es waren genau 2.34hstand by zeit von 180 stunden steht in der produktions beschreibung wenn ich mich nicht irre !! ich habe sie 2 tag vorher volll geladen ( bis der punkt blau war ) sie waren aus kein lämpchen an ich steig ihm studio 48 stunden später aufs rad und will los trampeln nix kein strom mehr drauf kein mucks also 180 stunden niemals standby nach 48 stunden waren die gelutsch aber hallo
