GREAT Product that works, and simple to use !!!
Tho=is item was so easy to use and fit my needs exactly. For years I and my wife have been cleaning out pool and the hoses going to the pump and filter always caused a problem because of water flow when you need no water coming out of the hoses. These valves solved that issue right away.Use the provided Teflon thread tape around your threads and tighten up pretty hard by hand, and we got no leaks at all. Cleaning out our filter tank was much easier with these cut off valves doing their work. Just turn the ball valve closed and your on to you work in a lot less time with less mass. Our in an above ground pool and this product I wish I had bought 2 years ago. Some say the valve handle breaks, Mine seemed strong and I grab it by the knuckle not the tip of the handle to reduce stress on the material of the product. I give it a 5 star rating for sure. Fit was excellent and cost was great as well. It works and does what is suppose to do and does it well.

I’m glad I found this on here because it was about half of what I would pay for it at the pool stores around me. It fits perfectly

Poor quality, waste of money.
Quality control issues. I bought two of these for shut off valves for my pool. One valve developed a hair line crack at the handle and both were leaking at the hose adapter. You can't get the adapter tight enough to seal the o-ring because it hits the valve inside and just spins.

Hard time getting the threads to seal.
Works great once you get it sealed, had to use a liquid pipe thread sealer.

Worked for a while...
Seem very high quality and fit my application. Had some issues adapting the hose on the one end but got a different type of hoes and it worked fine. I bought two. One is still working. The other lasted a few weeks then started leaking at the ball valve not at either of the connections.

Quick replacement of old valve!
Quick replacement of my old valve. Also inexpensive. Handle is a little fragile, but can easily be removed. Came with ptfe tape in the package. Great product for the money.
