This product was the missing link in my gut health protocol. When I started using this, the bifido bacteria became much more effective, bloating finally stopped for good. I feel better after taking the first month but I bought a second bottle whcih I'm taking for another month as maintenance.If you take digestive enzymes make sure this is kept far away from enzymes - it's a protein, so it can be digested. I found it to be most effective when taken right before bed or immediately upon waking (alongside a morning dose of bifido bacteria)

I cannot know just yet if it is working for I have just finished my first bottle. I am gaining energy, doing better than just antibiotics alone. I feel confident that with time I will feel the full benefits. I took antibiotics for 3 months prior. But my biggest feel better gain came after I started this in with my antibiotic program.

It works.

I developed a raised itchy burning rash on my entire body. Saw my dermatologist and narrowed it down to these capsules. I may be a rare case but had to stop taking them and the rash went away. Soooo. I couldn’t rate any higher since it did nothing for me excel rash. Guess I’m done here. Donna

First off, the capsules are not too large to swallow. They also don’t have too strong of a smell, so there wasn’t the issue of gagging. The capsules themselves were thicker, so there wasn’t an issue with them breaking open or starting to dissolve too soon and causing issues. It doesn’t matter how effective these are if you can’t get them down, so I wanted to make sure I shared that reassurance.The wonderful part is that these are able to help in the large and small intestines to clear out the bad and make room for the good. Taking only a single capsule a day makes this so much easier to manage. It doesn’t show that it needs to be stored in the fridge or any special instructions for the best time to take them either. I would have hoped there was more guidance. I take it first thing in the morning. I start to feel a little queasy after about fifteen minutes, and then I make my breakfast shake. I have not seen the benefits that I was hoping for yet, but there is a set of supplements that are suggested with it that I have not gotten. I have noticed that the stomach stabbing pain is not as intense in the morning after I eat. That is huge. I used to have that pain about ten minutes after I would drink my breakfast and then start to feel really nauseous. I have not had as many issues with the full feeling or bloating throughout the day. I have started to feel like I have hunger without the pain or queasy feeling. I have also noticed a bit more regularity in my digestive system. I don’t feel like I just ate hours after eating and my pants fit the same with less hard tummy pressure.At first, I assumed this was a really good quality probiotic combined with a prebiotic, hence the name, co-biotic. I was wrong; this was something much more special that I had never heard of. The label said Phage 1, and I again assumed that it was like Phase 1 with a translation problem. After doing a little research, I found out that these are so much more than what I thought. I guess these are being tested as an alternative to antibiotic use. I don’t know if it's a specific kind of phage or how it works, though. I am fascinated and excited by the idea. Antibiotics are so harsh on the body, and these are helping to flush out bad bacteria and encourage the good, so I would love to be able to take something like this instead. I know I still have a lot of healing to do for my gut health, so I am remaining open-minded.
