HTHSpa 86116 Defoamer, Spa & Hot Tub Chemical Eliminates Foaming, Softens Water, 16 oz

I bought this product because my hot tub had a lot of foam swirling around the middle. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try because HtH is a very reputable company. I tried it, and within seconds the foam had dissipated. I literally was amazed. I did not expect it to work so quickly. This stuff is great! I will definitely be buying more of this stuff, and I highly recommend it if you have foam in your hot tub. All you do is turn on the jets, wait for the water to foam, and then pour about an ounce in the foam, and within seconds it is gone. AMAZING STUFF!

The best SPA chemicals to use on your spa. They work well. I like how it works and last a long time. It makes the water very clear. Great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Work great. I was a little skeptical at first. But after pouring a little bit in the foam stopped. It does last a while. I keep buying this because it works so well. It does last about a month before i need to add more. But i only use about a ounce at a time. Definitely worth it for foam build up

This is my fifth order for HTH spa deformer. I've tried other brands and other formulations, but this is the best out there. It works instantly! I just pour a cap full in the spa, with the jets running, and the foam disappears instantly. The spa water feels silky smooth. A must-have water treatment product.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased a HotSprings spa about a year ago. After we got it I had buyers remorse because I struggled with trying to keep the salt system and chemicals balanced. Then all of a sudden we started getting all this foam. It only happens when our family and grandkids used the spa. It was caused by the residual soap and lotions (and other products) from swimming suits and hair products.Anyway; the manufacture of the spa said to use their product for defoaming which was garbage.Found this product on Amazon and the reviews said it worked great and yes it works fantastic with eliminating the foam instantly. After a large group using the spa now I use 1 oz of this defoamer and run the clean cycle and wow let it go to work.Watch the video I made and you can see before and after. Honestly the before on this video really wasn’t that bad with foam like it has been in the past but you can get the idea of how well this product works!

Reasonably priced and works immediately. If you're like me and you wash your swim clothes weekly, the detergent that stays on them will cause bubbles in your hot tub. This product works on contact with the water and is reasonably priced making it an ease for use.
