This dissolves part way and leaves sugar crystals on the bottom of the glass. It's yellow. It might have some nutritional value that I think is negated by the sugar but that's about it. It does nothing for behavior or mood.

I’m a 55 yr old who’s likely on the spectrum, and I snapped this product up as soon as I saw it. I had hoped to be able to start it ASAP, but mental health appointments being what they are these days: Delays happened. I wanted to meet my initial appointments “unmedicated.” This is just going to take longer than I’d hoped to get to that stage where I can try things. What I can say is that this formula is similar to one my child used when they were going through a rough patch. That formula provided some relief for him/them at the time. Again, the formula is similar and by no means identical. What I’ve learned is that ASD can be highly variable and the best we can sometimes do is be willing to try what feels like “one more darn thing.” I update my reviews with new info. I hope to be able to update this one soon and sincerely hope this formula works for you or your loved one!

I gave it a try for a month on my autistic 4 year oldIf I think about the nutritional value of the product, yes, it's totally worth it.Unfortunately I was hoping to see that calmness reflected on my child, but nothing at all. I see absolutely no change in his level of hyperactivity.Indeed, in has no flavor, but a little sweetness, so is easy to mix with different sweet things.Although it does have a color. If you mix it with water, its gonna get yellow for example. So have that in mind if your kid is way too much of a picky eater.My son wont drink any other beverage but plain water, so when I tried to introduce him to the yellow water..was a huge no. But it worked pretty well being mixed with peanut butter! He loved it like that.

This item is good to mix in juice or tea. My daughter has an ASD diagnosis (Asperger's Syndrome) and this seems to be helping with language processing/comprehension. Her main symptom is MERLD (Mixed Expressive Receptive Language Delay). This supplement along with a sensory activity (swinging) is a great combination. I will update if I observe any more improvements.

What drew me to this was it saying it can help with calmness. My daughter with her autism is very hyper and just doesn't have a calm bone in her body. Unfortunately it didn't help with toning down being hyper or the meltdowns. There is about 4 more days worth left (at 1 Scoop a day) as I had hoped that it justed needed some time to kick in. Even though it didn't, it still at least offers decent vitamins to my child.It is a white powder that dissolves well in her drink. It does have a sweetness but no actual flavor to it.

This product seemed promising, the “no flavor” sold me.However, this does indeed have a sweetness to it.That’s fine if you are adding to a juice or sweetened drink.If you are planning on adding to a food, as I did.The taste is detectable, and not in a good way.My son loves chips (sour cream and onion only.)I added about a quarter of a scoop and he could tell right away something didn’t taste right.

Not sure if this is helpful to my little one but it sure does have a taste. I like that it's in powder form. I will come back for a full update once we finish it.
