Orthaheel Shock Absorber Men's / Women's Orthotic Insoles, W6.5-8/M5.5-7

This was my second set of inserts from Orthaheel. They work great in any shoe or sneaker. I have them in a pair of sneakers and my golf shoes. I have issues with my feet - fallen arches and arthritis and these inserts make all that pain just go away so a very worthwhile buy. Orthaheel also makes sandals and shoes but they can get a bit pricey so the inserts are a great alternative for people who have foot issues but can't afford to spend that much money on sandals and shoes.

They made the toe box of my shoes too tight. I tried them on several pairs of shoes. I trimmed them to fit me, so now I own something that make my feet hurt more.

These didn't work at all. I have the Orthaheel active and they work great. I figured the shock absorber would do just that and be more supportive. Didn't happen. I only had them in my shoes for a couple of hours and my heel's cramped right up. Back they went. I will stick with the active. I gave two stars because shipped on time.

This is a well built arch support for someone with a high arch who doesn't need much metatarsal support. Because I need metatarsal support and a lower arch, these arches were painful for me to wear. The Birkenstock brand work better for me.

My husband has plantar fasciitis and has tried dozens of insoles,he says these have help him more than any other brand he has tried, he use to come home with his feet hurting so much he didn't do anything else but put ice packs on his feet, after 2 weeks he hasn't came complaning about foot pain and he walks on asphalt and conrete all day long 5-6 days week.

I have heel spurs in both my feet and have had to have them treated many times. These insoles are great and gives me the extra support and cushion that my feet need. I wear them currently in my sneakers that i walk my 5 miles in everyday but i plan on buying more to keep for other shoes.

Are too thick to put inside other shoes that are not very oversized like out door or work boots. Can not be used in regular sneakers.

Probably the best arch supports I have (and I try anything!).I have very high arches and small feet, so I am forever adding arch support to my shoes. Most arch support inserts are not high enough. This one is. This is NOT a cushy support- it is pretty firm. What it is is very supportive.
