The center bead threads, just past the bill, on the black hat readily came apart upon forming. A drop or two of fray check ought to remedy it well enough (being black it's hard to notice unless pointed out). I formed mine with a bit of water sprayed on the creases formed from packaging and shipping then pulled on a foam head (purchased from a local Hobby Lobby store) and ironed on low setting. I typically wear a size 7 3/8. These hats say 58 inside (abt a 7 1/4) they are very tight on my head.

These are if good value, quality and fit.They look nice in my husband, he use to wear a ball cap , these look so much nicer.

We just love these hats. I know we can't wash them I've learned that the hard way. But they are a great buy.
