Great scissors to use if you groom dogs. They are curved so easy to use around face. Great value for your money!

Nice beginner grooming shears
The media could not be loaded. So let me start out by saying that I looked through tons of different sets looking for one highly rated by actual groomers. I kept coming back to this set and decided to give it a shot. So far these shears seem to be great. The only thing that I'm worried about is them losing their edge but we will see. This is a beautiful set for the price and how well it works compared to high end shears. I would recommend this set to anyone starting out in grooming. They seem very sharp and didn't bend the hair. Functional, pretty, and the price was amazing for 4 pairs of good shears. A top notch shear runs $80 or more for ONE, this set has 4. Great deal! Keeping my fingers crossed they hold an edge and sharpen well.

Work very well, but one drop and they wouldn't close.
These cut amazingly well. My fingers never get sore or tired even doing a lot of trimming on my large Labradoodle. I've only used them once, so I can't say how long they will last. My only complaint so far is that I dropped one of them about 3 and a half feet onto a concrete floor and when I picked it up, it would no longer close. I was able to carefully bend it a bit and get it working again, but not sure how well it will work. Be very careful never to drop them!

I like the size and curved blades. Glad I bought them.
I like these scissors a lot. They help make the job faster. I first bought a pr. with too short blades, and returned. I use these to trim my toy poodle. The blades are curved. I was not sure I’d like them, but it’s really handy and helps the trim to not look so choppy. I use two other prs. of scissors also, for different parts of his body. One with blunt ends to be less risk of hurting him, and a very small pr. for trimming around his eyes.
