We needed a replacement mat for our tub. We had one that had the little suction cups like octopus tentacles and it was all just rubber all over and nothing unique about it. In fact, aside from sticking to the tub, the top aspect that you actually step on had minimal protection against slipping because it seemed like you could skip on the pad itself regardless. It also would pool water under it and water would sit under the little tentacles that would not always stick and it just got slippery and became more unsafe to use it than to just throw it out completely! So, we bought this one as a replacement. And let me just say, this bath mat exceeds our expectations. The quality exceeds the price point. It's superior and wonderful quality. For about 10 bucks, I got a mat that exceeded in quality my previous more expensive one, and it actually serves the purpose it was bought for. It also looks very nice in the bath (we got the grey color because we don't want various body washes or hair treatments some of us use to cause obvious and weird discolorations possibly on a white or beige one) and it also stands and doesn't move despite not having the little octopus suction cups that our previous one had like 30 of but failed to still maintain its place .... And it feels AMAZING and cushiony on your feet. As someone previously mentioned, you can almost use it to give your feet a gentle scrape and massage in the shower like you'd receive getting a pedicure.... Though I haven't used it for this purpose, i can see it serving this purpose as well. Overall, it feels like luxury quality, it stands in place, and it is so soft and drains well. If I did not know what I bought it for and someone asked me how much I thought this mat cost after trying it, I'd say it feels and looks like a 35-45 dollar bath mat you'd find at like bed, bath, and beyond or elsewhere. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, BUY IT, DON'T HESITATE. IT'S GREAT AND AT THIS PRICE POINT IT'S SUCH A STEAL!!I got the smallest one because I have a traditional tub and where I primarily stand to shower is a relatively small, confined space and I don't do splits in the tub or crazy moves where I needed it to cover from faucet to back wall of the tub lengthwise. So the smallest size was perfect size for me!I don't write many long reviews but I feel this product deserves it!

I love the color of this mat. It is durable and easy to clean. I was afraid it would be scratchy but it isn't at all. It is non slip with a squishy type of feeling to it. Have been using it for a couple weeks and it rinses out easily, is comfortable to stand on and stays in place. It isn't suctioned to the tub so it is easy to adjust and to clean under. It has a plastic smell but it will dissipate in a few uses. I took off one star because it doesn't dry quickly in my bathroom like I was hoping it would. It seems durable and still looks brand new after daily use for a couple weeks.

Great bath mat. The size is perfect for a bath tub and it does feels great underfoot. Soap does not build up on it ... washes off easily and it is slip proof on the bottom. Highly recommended.

This product works and is no-nonsense. It does what it states by the seller. It’s very soft and has tremendously helped as I continue to recover from a serious foot injury. It’s grippy and easy to clean.

We recently did a bathroom remodel, and our new tub/shower combo is quite slippery. I purchased a bath mat with a suction cup bottom and the first time using it, I slipped and fell in the shower breaking my foot. I did some research and read a lot of reviews and decided to purchase the Asvin soft textured mat. This mat does not move and is comfortable on my feet. You won’t even slip when you lather your feet, in fact, the texture of the mat allows for your feet to get a nice scrub without having to bend! The drainage through the mat is exceptional. I highly recommend this mat for anyone concerned about a slippery shower.

Purchased Oct. 2023. Used on shower floor. Matt feels good on feet and remains in place. Even though I regularly rinsed and draped over shower seat to dry, it began showing signs of mold within six months. If I were to buy again, I would hang mat vertically from clothes hanger with clips and see if that helps with deterring mold.

I am now the proud and happy owner of 3 of these mats. I love the way they feel on my feet! They are soft, not scratchy, but they feel more like a soft loofah. It is an unexpected feeling the first time stepping ion one, but it is a pleasant surprise at their softness. The drain hole isn’t needed because the water just flows right through. They do need to hang between showers or baths or they will get moldy. If they do get mold, just add a tiny bit of bleach to your water and wash in the washer, or soak in your utility sink (or even the tub). They come clean in no time, and just hang to dry. They also dry pretty quickly. I hope this answers some questions for future buyers. I think they are a must-have.
