Amazing Value
I always wanted to have an impact gun but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I finally pulled the trigger and got one since the price was affordable. Made a world difference when changing my brakes and rotating tires!

Solid and Powerful. Heavy, but it is Meant to Be!
I have a Wesco random orbital sander which really impressed me with its quality build an low motor noise. So, I decided to get Wesco's 20v impact wrench. I was expecting a tool made to the same standard as the orbital sander and I was not disappointed. This thing is a tank! Built compact but heavy, it runs quietly and has plenty of mass and power for jobs demanding higher torque than an impact driver can deliver. For a comparison, my Dewalt impact driver can deliver 65 N.m of torque compared to this Wesco's 300 N.m. This is the real difference between an impact driver and an impact wrench. To deliver that much torque the tool needs to have mass and this tool IS indeed weighty. But when you need the torque, say to loosen wheel nuts, rusted nuts or when working on large appliances, only an impact wrench will do. Charging was easy with the included 20v battery and charge. A nice heavy nylon carry bag and 6 metric sockets complete the package. My only concern with this tool is that it takes some effort to pop on a socket, but they remove fairly easily. I think this is a design consideration however to make it less likely for a socket to seize onto the tool. Overall, for it's heavy build quality and price this impact wrench earns an easy 4 star rating. Wesco makes some good tools.

A Huge Improvement Over Previous Generations Of Electric Impact Wrenches
I got this impact wrench for some light mechanical work on vehicles and do-it-yourself construction projects. This wrench is a huge improvement compared to the previous generation of electric impact wrenches. I tried electric (plug-in) impact wrenches before and always came back to using the air compressor ones because they did not work well. With this wrench, I am not back to the air compressor version yet and probably will not be going back to it. This wrench has slightly less power and requires battery recharging after about 30 minutes of fairly heavy use (changing car tires). Still, it does a good enough job that it is not worth the hassle of getting the air compressor version out. For lighter-duty jobs, this wrench really shines. It makes quick work of bicycle repair and metal shelf construction. It works well for driving heavier lag screws and fastening construction bolts. This is a much more robust tool than even the heaviest-duty electric drill and screwdriver and does a much better job for bolt-type applications. The recharge time s about 2 hours for a fully discharged battery. Spare batteries are readily available for this wrench, and I suggest getting at least one more if you do lots of work needing this wrench. The tool case with the wrench is adequate, and the six sockets with it (SAE) are useful sizes and work well. The variable speed trigger works well and is easy to keep at the right speed.Overall this is a very good impact wrench that is a huge improvement over previous generations of electric impact wrenches. I would get it again.

Exceeded my expectations.
My roommates friend caught a flat in our parking lot and noticed it when he went to leave. I went down and offered my help as he was trying to break a lug free. Went to my car and pulled this WESCO Impact wrench out. Fresh out of the box and never opened, I popped the battery on and found that even though the picture showed Metric sockets, I received SAE sockets. ( In all fairness, it just says you get impact sockets, it doesn't give details on what) Threw on the 3/4 and it spun the lug off with ease. I was quite surprised at the torque this gun had. I was done swapping tires in no time at all.The impact is small and lightweight, easily operated by one hand. But with the torque it puts out, it is easily in the running with name brand 20v impact wrenches on the market, for a fraction of the price at that.It came with a decent case/bag to put it all in, but I will find something else as it is a bit cheap, and I hate the zipper on it. The zipper extends past the bag itself making it a bit of a pain to zip one handed. The case itself has plenty of room for everything, and extra room if you want to add more. You could fit 3 of these impact guns in it.

Great value
This thing is tough and helped us knock out a big task taking apart a metal interior structure in no time at all. I got right at about 40 minutes out of it before the battery needed recharging. I like it so much I am thinking of getting another battery for it. It's solid and affordable and I recommend WESCO, been very happy with other power tools from the brand. I just wish the battery sizes were more consistent across devices.
