This padlock works exactly as expected - easy app install, easy connection. Other than it being anxiety-producing, I'm very happy with it. I use it for my locker at the gym, and am constantly worried about locking my phone in the locker (to the point where I have developed near-obsessive routines about where I place my phone when I'm changing), or the lock not working and being stuck in my sweaty workout gear. So far, these concerns are unfounded. I open the app on my phone, press the button on the lock, and within seconds they connect. Then tap my phone to the lock and it unlocks within another second or two. Would love to see functionality like the Kevo, where if the connected device (phone) is on the backside of the lock, it won't lock - but I can live with this.

The product came as expected and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The battery arrived at only 81%, and fell down to 71% after only 3 uses. But how do I order a replacement battery? Also, how do I take the old battery out to replace it? I unscrewed the bottom and tried to take the battery out, but it seems to be glued in. Also, the lock becomes very hot when using? Is this normal?

My ship just arrive in boston today i pick up my package and try this product. But im disappointed because did not work no battery at all! How i can use this please help me thanks!
