Activities for English Language Learners Across the Curriculum (Classroom Resources)

My ELL teacher shared this resource with me and I was so impressed with it that I bought my own copy to use in my classroom. I love that it has a CD with printable resources. I've been able to use the ideas to differentiate instruction in my class as well as scaffolding my ELL students. A great buy for any teacher.

It was awesome to know that my very own ESL professor wrote this. I took his ESL class and he showed us many great things to do with the resources. It's not just for ESL students, but for all students. I would definitely recommend this book to any new teachers.

In October I am traveling to India to teach English to Tibetan refugees. I can't take too much with me, and this work made the cut. It is a must-have.

I like some of the ideas presented. They are easy to follow lesson ideas. Nice questioning section and organized by reading, writing, listening, speaking.

This book is FULL of activities and resources that can apply to ALL students! I bought this for an ELL class I had to take, but I will definitely continue using this book for years to come.

Why IN THE WORLD is the shell picture on the right top corner in these images. I ordered it and received it only to see that shell covered the Grades K-5 image. Yes, I realize there is one place in the description that told me k-5. But why is the picture NOT of the actual book????
