Had one before. This works well for jump starts and tires. Quality product. Be sure to charge once a month. Great air pressure.

Strong power

It was missing a lot of accessories. It seemed as if a returned item was shipped. This was a Christmas present!

Purchased about 2 years ago. The unit hasn't seen more than a couple of uses in that time. In the past year, specifically, it has exhibited strange behavior in buttons not responding and the unit not responding to any controls, period, unless plugged in. Currently, plugged in, it shows 100% charge, yet now does nothing when unplugged from AC charging power. Although buttons respond when pressed, when on AC power, the LED, for example, pulses erratically.This unit tends to roll over when not secured in front and behind; seems that it could benefit from a bit wider stance. If it rolls onto the front face, specifically, it's very likely that it will engaged the "AIR" button & start the inflator. That happened a couple of times since we've had the unit. Having that loud noise fire up when driving is scary and distracting. If you don't have your original receipt, there is no date/lot/facility stamp anywhere in the body of the unit, & no time/date markings on any of the stickers.Found that their website support page allows you to fill out a form to contact support, but you cannot send it to them; Submit button does nothing in any browser I tried. Judging from the other run-in's with their customer service group I see detailed in these reviews, this product is not worth having, ultimately.They sell these at your local Wally World, too...but don't buy a charger there. Get one from an automotive parts store or order from a reputable battery charger and jumpstarter company like Schumacher.

First of all, this is way overpriced! Second of all, I bought this for my father as a present in December of 2017. He never needed it until March of 2018 to jump the battery and inflate the tires of a car that sat inactive in the driveway a little too long during the winter. The car battery jump worked perfectly but the tire inflator failed almost instantly (after about 3 minutes of being on). Long story short, I contacted PowerStation USA LLC in late April about a replacement. After making me provide proof of purchase, there was a back and forth correspondence that lasted over a month before my replacement arrived. At one point, the customer service stop responding to my email. No tracking number was provided to me so when the replacement was sent out it sat at the tenant door for nearly a week out in the open and in the rain. Find another company that will provide better reliability and better customer service.

I used to keep this in the car and it worked for about 2 years. Didn't need it for a while, a few months or so, and it sat in the garage. Tried it again and both the tire inflator, which used to work but never got much use, and the AC power, which was never used, are dead. The LED light works...great. It was useful when I had battery issues, but no good for emergency preparation as you don't know when you will need it, so need something that can withstand a bit of time with little or no use.

I purchased 3 at one time for xmas presents. Two out of three would not keep a charge nor could they be recharged after 1 year. They have become nothing more than door stops in the shed. The cost factor of these items makes it not worth the time and effort that other buyers have gone thru. Nothing but local brand name purchases for me.
