Worked without issue
Arrived quick, wasn't damaged. It's not listed, but this is compatible with LW1216ER. My only criticism would be that you can tell the fan was made cheaply because whoever made it clearly didn't have one of those machines that smooths out all the left over jagged parts after a mold is completed. Not a big deal, it works fine and no more melting in the hot weather.

This product didn't work for my application. I bought it for an obsolete air conditioner in my shop but it didn't fit. It probably deserves a five star but since it didn't fit my application, I'm not quite satisfied with it.
