These are perfect for a New York strip. Enough room for the full steak, to cut it, and lots of sauce. I was looking for a nice plate to serve my steaks on, and this is it. Not too big, not too small. Just right.

I looked for serving/dining platter/plates especially for 3 way Cincinnati Chili....and only needed two for my two person household. I had in mind the oblong plates that diners and chili parlors use to serve their chili. These were exactly what I was looking for and the two piece option...cinched the choice for me. Chili platters arrived in less than 24 hours, in perfect condition . Now that I have them I can imagine many other uses for them.....such as sandwich trays for potluck lunches. (You might want to mention Cincinnati Chili in your product description....it would make the "search" easier for others.) I wasnt sure what I was looking for until I received my order. Perfect.

After I broke my wife's platter ended up buying these got two and very nice would recommend

Packaged well in foam so they will be protected in the orignal carton and these are not shipped in an outer box.Be aware that these have a fairly wide lip on them so the actual usable area is less then the dimensions state.Once of these had an uneven bottom and it rocked/wobbled a little on a flat surface. For $26+ for a pair, I'd hoped for this not to be the case.We ended up returning and will look for something similar, but, we don't plan to replace with this exact same set.

Just what I wanted. Can put into oven to keep food warm before serving.
