It's very cute, it comes with a lot of balloons but you can't put the air in easily, the holes are closed and the air comes out quickly.

These are too heavy to float!
We wasted $100 of helium on these to have them be so heavy that they sat 3 inches off the ground. Enraging and disappointing!

They are nice for decoration. Just use it like a normal balloon. Just put air in. Hang them for decoration or tape them on the wall, on the glass windows. They look nice!
