As with most people who purchased this, I also got this in my Ipsy bag and I fell head over heels over it. I’m prone to not only dry skin, but also dry lips and this has easily been the best lip moisturizer I’ve ever had. I purchased this because the one I was given in my Ipsy bag is down to just about nothing. I’m having to squeeze all the way to the head of the mini sample tube and pretty hard too.I’ve read some of the other reviews on this product and it may well just be because we’ve received tubes from different batches but the one I’ve received today has zero flaws. The product comes out of the tube very easily and nicely despite being made different from the mini sample tube (I’ve pictured the difference between the applicators). I actually really like this tube’s silicone applicator because it glides nicely across my lips and bends easily as I press. As for the product on the inside of the tube itself, it’s smooth and feels exactly like what I had gotten in the mini sample tube. There’s no grittiness, no feeling of “little sandy bits” inside it. Nothing like that at all, just silky product that feels wonderful on my lips. And it’s not sticky at all either.TL;DR: This product batch is perfect and it feels just like the mini sample I got from Ipsy and so long as Amazon sells it, I’m buying it every time I run out and as gifts for my Mom and Sister.

Beyond question the very best moisturizing lip treatment I've ever used. I was using a very popular and top rated product, even sent tubes of it to my Daughter during the winter because I was convinced it was the best. I thought I'de try this because I love the other products in this line. I was not disappointed, it was very effective overnight my lips were healed and I went for a long time without reapplying. Usually I reapply constantly during the day because I have allergies so much of the lip balms get wiped off quickly. This product sticks fantastically. The only problem I had was the packaging. I immediately broke the rubber tip off and can't get it back on because I couldn't get the balm started. Once I knocked the tip off and got to the product it worked like the daylights! My lips have never stayed healed for so long and I'm not using nearly as much as I was with the other products I'de tried. Do yourself a favor and just get this and forget about all the other ones. Oh by the way please improve the delivery system , it's just not good.

I received a sample of this in my Ipsy bag. It is, to date, the ONLY product that I knew I needed to buy in 2+ years of that membership.This lip fix is a miracle. If you work in a dry environment or spend time outside and end up with dry cracking lips or lips that get that awful burn around them due to dryness then this product is something you need too.I’ve had some that were slightly grainy and some that weren’t and I’ve never noticed any difference in the end result or quality of the product.I use this throughout the day when needed and I put a decent amount on at night and it keeps my lips moisturized and healthy. If I love waited too long and they’re already dry, it doesn’t matter. I see a night and day difference after just one application.I’m not sure how it works - but it’s the only thing that works the way it does. I used to be an avid aquafor user and now I no longer need to be.I can’t recommend this product enough.

I was skeptical about it because it was 16$ at ulta when I bought it the first time. It tastes good and goes on smooth. It peels off the dead skin and then keeps your lips very hydrated. I’ve had eczema around my mouth since I was very small and this is the only lip balm that I’ve tried (out of dozens) that truly keeps them hydrated and if my lips are crusty the lip balm really helps gently get off the dead skin after a few minutes and light rubbing the dead skin just rolls off and then my lips are hydrated and soft. Love it. Get it.

The media could not be loaded. I just want to start by saying this is quite literally the BEST chapstick/lip balm of all time. I have tried so many and just keep coming back to this brand, this scent.However, this is my first time ordering from this particular shop and it seems off this time. The chapstick is much thicker than usual, I could barely get it out of the tube for the first 5-10 days. It also goes on thicker and isn’t as silky smooth on my lips. It usually feels like butter but this tube doesn’t. I’m not sure if it’s just old or what’s going on but I am disappointed.

Smells and feels great! I felt like I had to reapply sooner than I would have thought. I had an awful time with the tube it came it. It wasn't until i had left it in the car one dayThat it melted enough to finally come out of the tip semi-correctly but it still felt like it was closed and was going to ooze out of under the tip where it was seated on the tube. I checked for another seal somewhere but wasn't able to find anything that was blocking it. Maybe it was just mine, but I don't know if it's worth the price... but if you do get it, the flavor, coverage, feeling, and taste isn't disappointing, just the package is!

I, like most other people here, got this product in an Ipsy box. I put it on once and knew that I needed to buy a full size ASAP. It is worth the $14 a tube. It makes your lips so velvety soft. I feel like after daily use my lips are much more hydrated and happy, thus looking more plump. The shine is beautiful on its own or you can wear it under/over lipstick. I like to wear it by itself. It isn't glittery or a glossy shine. I really can't explain it, but I would HIGHLY recommend. The smell/flavor is very very minimal if you have sensitivities I think you will be okay with this.
