These pads offer excellent overnight protection. They’re super absorbent, comfortable, and stay in place well. Great for heavy bladder leaks or postpartum use. A bit bulky, but worth it for the peace of mind. They hold a lot of fluid. They are comfortable. They are not itchy, very durable. Works well.

Poise Overnight #8 pack of 36. This brand makes 8 different types of pads. Due to incontinence I use #8 only during the day. If I have to take a fluid pill during the morning, I use pull-ups for Night Protection as the fluid pill is effective for 5-6 hours and NO pad will provide the protection I need. This pad is thick, has a wide back, is comfortable, and 15.9" long. It provides great protection for me during the day. I use pull-ups 7 days a week and about 16 hours per day. I only use the brand Poise #8 pads during the day when I need a break from wearing pull-ups due to all the elastic gathering in them. Like any pad or pull-up, if you wear it too long it will leak! These pads are a little cheaper the more you buy at one time. NOTE: During shipping you may find a pad slightly out of shape, since they are not mailed in a box. If so, just turn the pad over to the back side. Using your hand, firmly rub it over the full length of the pad before removing paper off the back side. This has always worked for me.

The Poise brand is fantastic! I have tried other brands but they can’t compete with Poise! I have been using the 6 drop absorbency in the long length and love them! I decided to try the 8 drop absorbency for nighttime and although at first I was worried they would be too thick and too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent! On occasion I have even worn them during the day when I’m going to be running errands and I know I will not have quick access to a restroom facility. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.

I've been prone to kidney infections and UTI'S my entire life. This condition worsened after a medical complication at 15, and it flares up in times of high stress. These pads make a huge difference in being able to treat those infections in a way that works for me (antibiotics don't work for more than a few days, and I've been told by medical staff to "try over the counter medication and hope it helps"..) that also allows me to *sort of* continue with my day. I've never had a problem with leakage, they can hold a surprising amount of liquid, and they're comfortable compared to some other brands I've tried. They're soft and provide adequate coverage across surface area, both length and width. Theyre a little fluffy, but you can't tell (from an outside perspective) when wearing form-fitting jeans. I don't really care much about the design, as long as it does what it's supposed to, because let's face it. Nobody worries about the pretty flowers on the pad when they peed their pants during take off.

Larger than expected so a bit uncomfortable but does the job.Good coverage.

Works great as added protection for my elderly Aunt who is temporarily bedridden. We put this pad in her disposal briefs. We replace the pad instead of the brief unless both are wet. She also finds it easier just removing the liner, then having to change her briefs every time. So far this has worked well and has saved money. She has tried many different options, this one was recommended by her health aid.

These pads are the absolute best! I have an extremely heavy period. I used to have to stack and wear 2, sometimes 3 normal pads and now I only wear 1 and it does the job! Even at night! I'm also on the heavier side when it comes to weight and they still work great. Worth the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pad is very large, almost too big. But better for overnight than the “thin overnight” #8!! I like that it’s long, and wide. I feel confident wearing this at night. But what a shame they can’t combine the thinness of the “thin overnight” with this length and shape.
