Nice size, coldness, and duration. They don't stay cold for too long but definitely long enough for ice packing. One cracked and spilled when being too aggressive straight out the freezer but probably on me.

These ice packs work well for what we needed. My husband was experiencing shoulder pain, so we used them with a shoulder splint. They stay cold for about 20 minutes and warm for around 15, and he mentioned that alternating between the two provided noticeable pain relief. I also appreciate that they can be used both hot and cold. The quality is excellent, and the set includes different sizes, which is a nice bonus.

I was so happy to stumble upon these on Amazon. They are just the perfect size for small areas. They work great. I gave four stars because one of them broke open in the freezer. So far though, the rest have held up. Next time your dog gives you a black eye you'll be glad to have these little guys handy!!

Flexible so they sit nicely against the skin, fabric keeps them from being uncomfortablely cold. Great for chronic pain, injuries, and even just cooling off in the summer heat. also work good as lunch box/cooler ice packs..

I like the different sizes they provide. They freeze quick and they are very handy when we get injured players. Not messy like ice in plastic bags for injuries. Where waste leaks every where. Plus to store them, which it doesn't take up alot of space in the freezer.

I was skeptical when I bought these since what I was getting for the price seemed too good to be true. Turns out it was. While I love the amount and variety of ice packs included, as well as how flexible they remain when I take them out of the freezer, the quality reflects the price and after 45 days I've already had to throw several of them away because they broke and started leaking the blue liquid everywhere. If you buy them, just make sure you're very gentle with how you secure/attach them to yourself.

Love these! They are so soft and much easier to use than the old hard ones I had! They are made pretty well but I wish they stayed cold a little longer!

I love the variety of sizes and they're small enough I can tuck them all over in my freezer. They freeze fast and there's enough of them you can keep changing the ice pack... overall a good buy!
