Terra Incognita

A heavy groove/death metal album with some technical riffs and insane drums. A must listen for any Gojira fan, as it contains a very raw and aggressive sound that is rough around the edges, which is not as present on later releases.Favourite tracks include Clone and Love.

Great Band Good Album

The best Gojira album. Well, either this or The Link, depends on my mood. But these earlier Gojira albums (the first four) certainly smash the last two albums they've come up with. This is more of a weird Gojira album, it's interesting and the vocals are more death metal than they would later go on to do (but not as death metal as the Godzilla / pre-Gojira material). So I like weird, progressive extreme metal and if you do too, you'll dig this album, also Dark Millennium and Babylon Sad albums. Great.

It's not bad for an early attempt but if you're looking for the Gojira you're used to with their current stuff you're better off going back to From Mars and anything after it .
