These tablets have definitely helped reduce my hot flushes and therefore helped my sleep !It's always hard to know what works for each individual, but I will carry on taking these as I feel am improvement in my health.

Reasonable price for 1 box, as I could,nt afford the 3 for 2 offer at Boots, and out of stock at Holland and Barrett .These really help menopausal symptoms ,have been taking them for a few years now .If I run out usually due to lack of money,I go downhill within a couple of weeks.I would rather take these than Antidepressants,tranquillisers or HRT.Feel safe and they keep me on track,and means I can Keep way from doctors.

These pills made me very tired and actually made me keep falling asleep. Totally worrying to be honest.

Really seems to be helping my hot flushes. I have tried other black cohosh tablets and sage tablets which didn’t seem to work at all, but a week in to taking theses tablets of have had no hot flushes in the last three days. I was having 4 or 5 a day before this. I just hope these tablets continue to work as I feel so much better!
