Got one previously for my grandson and he liked it so I got one for myself. Love waking up to the light coming up instead of just a screaming alarm. It’s a bit fiddley to set up but the instructions are clear. Just follow the steps. Has different light levels, sound levels, colors and alarms to wake up to so something for everyone.

Fun to use and it reset my family's circadian rhythms perfectly! We sleep in a windowless room and it only took 3 days for my 3 year old to start waking up naturally at 730-8am instead of 930am

I’ve always had difficulty waking up. As an extremely deep sleeper, I often feel like my body is weighed down in the mornings, making it incredibly hard to get out of bed when my alarm goes off. Most alarms leave me feeling agitated and frustrated as soon as I wake up.However, I used this alarm for the first time this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I woke up without any of the usual irritation. The gradual light and gentle sound options created a peaceful and natural waking experience.I highly recommend this product to anyone who struggles with waking up to traditional alarms. This clock has a LOT of bells and whistles! So many buttons. Once you actually read the instructions instead of trying to wing it, they make some more sense. Probably not quite worth the money spent, but it has been durable and worked well. The light part of it is really cool ND could be used as a nightlight. My kid will put it on brightness #2 and sleep sometimes. It is a beautiful clock.

I am enjoying this clock. It's VERY bright - several levels. Sound level is good. I like the birds better than the others for waking up; however, the loop is too short (my opinion). The loudest bird is only about three or four notes and then repeats over and over. That bird is kind of annoying to me (but then, would I get up if it was soothing?? hmmm?). I can assure you that if it isn't recorded real bird sounds, they are close enough. My cat was fooled! It's a little complicated on the alarm set up. However, everything else was easy enough and it's nice to have two different alarm settings. The clock time light can be dimmed or brightened. The photo is just of the color, but the white/sunlight can be made at whatever level you want. I think there were 20 settings. I have it around 16 and it lights up the room. It has been really helpful as I wake up better to light than I do to an alarm in a dark room.

I have been a bad sleeper since I can remember, sometimes it would be falling asleep, sometimes it would be STAYING asleep. A few years ago I began leaving on brown noise on my phone but I didn't like that my phone was in use all night. So I decided to get a sunrise lamp!I really am shocked at how good this clock is. Here are my favorite things:1) The digital clock interface can be switched off completely - not all sunrise lamps have this feature.2) There are so many different light settings for a variety of colors.3) It's easy to use and had a great interface. It's been working perfectly AND the company offers a lifetime warranty.4) I fall asleep so easily and actually STAY asleep.5) I'm more inclined to get up in the morning instead of hitting snooze because the light makes me want to get out of bed.I highly recommend this lamp for people with sleeping issues or people who want to get an earlier start to their day!!

Overall, love this thing. If it worked as intended, five stars. The light options are nice, and I have really enjoyed just letting it play a little slow light show before bed. The brightness settings are good, and the rain sound in the white noise is nice and keeps us asleep all night. It's easy to program and use, there's just one issue: the wake up light is supposed to turn on gradually, over the course of 10, 20, 30, 40 etc minutes. But it doesn't. It turns from medium to full brightness in about five seconds and then stays at full brightness the entire time. And since 10 minutes is the minimum you can set for this to happen, I have had to set my alarm for ten minutes later than I actually want to wake up because the light will be on full brightness ten minutes before the alarm is set for. I don't know if this is just how it is, or if I got a defective one, but it's the only issue I have. For 25 bucks though, a good deal overall.

If you have trouble getting up in the dark mornings of fall and winter, I recommend this alarm clock!I have only used it for about a week, but I really like it. It works well for me. It starts out dim enough that it seems to gradually wake me up so when my radio alarm goes off, it's not such a struggle to get up now that the sun is rising later.I still use my regular radio alarm clock for sound because I can't snooze the radio on this item without also turning off the light, but that works fine for me.I thought the alarm setup was pretty easy except for the radio settings. You can't easily change between stations, but again, not a problem for me.I love that you can set the final brightness level, so it doesn't have to get extremely bright if you don't want it to.
