Not like the fake 'organic' products - the real deal especially if you have allergies
My skin allergy (EDTA) led me to these fantastic small business products. I've grown to love these and would never have found them if everything else on the market didn't have totally untrustworthy and incomprehensible ingredient lists. These are not scary and leave me with a honeydew complexion - no kidding. Get these if you have or don't want to develop allergies.

A little goes a long way.
Love the scent, and does not dry my skin out. It keeps my skin soft and clean.

Cleaning without irritation
Tree to Tub Soapberry Face Wash is a foaming cleanser that is very gentle on sensitive skin. It works well to remove oil, sunscreen, makeup, etc. and rinses totally clean. It leaves no residue behind, no fragrances, nor any irritating chemicals. It may not be the best product for dry skin because it doesn't leave anything behind and might strip too much oil from the skin. However, for normal to oily skin, it is a great product and superior to drugstore foaming cleansers.

Poor pump design but great product
I love this product but I took off a star because the bottle is poorly designed. The pump catches each time you press it and you have to pull it back up to pump again. And, when the soap gets low the soap comes out with a lot of air bubbles ruining the silky, creamy consistency it has at the beginning. It still cleans well though. I stick with it because I still like it but would likely change my mind if I found something else that meets my needs.

Smooth and creamy
I've only used this product for a short time so I don't know if I will see a difference in my skin but it is very creamy and leaves my skin feeling nice. I use the body wash and love that product.

Didn't help clear acne like others reviewed but pleasant smelling
After reading the positive reviews from those who had acne and saw a positive change in their skin, I bought this cleanser along with the Ginseng Green Tea Night Cream with Retinol & Hyaluronic Acid during Amazon Prime Day.I have combination skin & acne with scarring. I was hopeful to read other buyer's reviews regarding their diminishing acne & scarring after using this foaming cleanser. In addition, knowing that this was made of natural products was even more encouraging as I have been looking to more natural products for my skin care routine. The Peppermint cleanser smells great & when used in the morning, it's a nice pick me up. To be honest, I'm not sure how deep cleansing this foam cleanser is. For example, when used in the evening, after removing minimal make up, I still have to follow up with a cotton pad with micellar water to clean up all the remaining gunk. After using the bottle for about 4 months (4 pumps a day (2 in the AM & 2 in the PM) , I have not noticed any significant changes in my skin nor improvement in my acne or scarring. As another reviewer mentioned, can recommend this foaming cleanser as a replacement for regular soap, but not as an acne skincare product.

Hands down my favorite face wash!
I have dry skin that's not particularly sensitive but is prone to breakouts. I've tried a LOT of face wash and skincare products over the years, this is the one I'll finally stick with. I hadn't realized what a huge difference this face wash makes until I traveled for a week recently and didn't have it with me. I used Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream, which I've used before and liked, and my skin broke out terribly! When I got back home and started using this again, my skin cleared right up. I also use this cleanser on my body piercings in the shower and have never had it cause any irritation. This face wash can be more drying than some of the cream cleansers I've used, but keep in mind that plain water is also drying. My face feels a little tight after washing & patting dry with a towel, especially if I don't immediately moisturize while my skin is still damp, but nowhere near as tight (and painful!) as traditional cleansers make it. If you have dry skin definitely don't be afraid to try this, just be sure to moisturize thoroughly after using it. I gave a bottle of this to my sister, who's currently undergoing chemotherapy and has had oily skin all her life so had no idea how to handle the skin-drying effects of chemo, and it's worked great for her so far!Regarding the bottle size and price changes: I originally purchased the 6 oz bottle for $23 in February (now it's August) and am just now running out of it. The 4 oz bottle is $20, so the price reduction is not proportional to the volume reduction, BUT with the foaming pump I can use only 2 pumps to clean my face, whereas with the 6 oz bottle (which did not have a foaming pump) I need 3 pumps to clean my face. So if the volume-per-pump is the same, the 4 oz bottle should last just as long as the 6 oz bottle did. Even if it doesn't, I'll keep buying it because it's such a great product for me. I just wish they made a travel size! The 4 oz bottle is too big to take on a carry on through TSA security, and you really need the pump it comes with to dispense it properly so I can't transfer it to a travel container.
