Conditioner
Very good conditioner. Hair feels softer and smoother.

I didn’t want to like it because of how much it costs
I didn’t want to like it because of how much it costs, but I love it. My hair is fine and thin and have wash it everyday or use half a can of dry shampoo. This keeps it looking soft and full even the day after washing and I cover myself with dry shampoo.

Poor shipping
The tube of this product came with a sticky substance on the outside, making your fingers stick to the outside. It took awhile using a remover to clean the outside and remove this.I like the product.

Makes my hair weighed down and feeling gunky
I had received a sample size of this conditioner in a subscription box last year, and I liked it so much that I bought the full size almost immediately. Unfortunately, I was never able to replicate the results I had with that sample. This conditioner ends up weighing my hair down, makes my hair lank and stringy looking and makes it feel gunky and like its full of product. Honestly, it makes my hair look like I haven't washed it in a week. It becomes completely resistant to any kind of styling. I can barely even get a comb through it because it's so gunky feeling.I have a lot of hair but it's become fine over the years. This conditioner does nothing positive for my hair. When I first used the sample my hair was extremely soft, shiny and bouncy. I don't really know what the deal is, but the full size product makes my hair completely the opposite.I haven't used it more than 3 times, and each time I regret giving it another chance.I used it last night because my hair was feeling kind of dry and I was getting my hair cut this morning and wanted my hair to not look and feel so dry. I was quickly reminded why it's been sitting in my cabinet unused. My stylist felt my hair this morning and just said "Throw that right in the trash". I'm following her advice so I don't make the mistake of trying to give it another shot.It smells nice though, and it's rich and creamy, but it's hard to evenly distribute when working through the hair. I end up having to use a bit more than I normally would just so my ends don't go without. Perhaps that reason alone makes my hair look and feel like it does. So, if my choices are: not getting enough conditioner evenly distributed in my hair, or having my hair weighed down by product and feeling gross, I choose trash.Definitely way more expensive than it should be, especially for the size and performance.Definitely not a repurchase item, and it goes on my "regret purchasing" list.

Good Stuff for Your Hair
I use this once a week in conjunction with Philip B’s Peppermint Avocado Shampoo (also a must-have). It’s my Sunday ritual to remove build up on my hair. I love it.

Not Great
Preliminarily, this was clearly a used item sent to me. For that reason alone, I’d probably buy it elsewhere if you’re interested in the product. The safety seal that’s usually on their products was removed and the container seemed about 1/2 empty. Thinking I’d give it a shot anyway, while I can get a comb through my hair afterwards, hair was left feeling dry and almost with a coating on it. Would not repurchase.

Great, lightweight conditioner
I love this conditioner. I need to use quite a bit because my hair is thick and tends to frizz, but if I use enough (maybe 1/2 ounce), my hair is so soft and the frizzies are much easier to deal with. It is much lighter than the other conditioners I use and even more effective.

Simply the best.
Best hair conditioner ever. I've used it for years and have not found anything better. Works even on very fine hair as it doesn't weigh it down. Use sparingly.
