Perfect pan, have looked for replacement pans to get rid of bad choices before finding this pan. Tried it out and it’s amazing how easy to use, cleanup after.Good enough I ordered second one this morning !!My recommendation get one of these and you’ll have happy wife, happy kitchen equals happy home !!

Was looking for enameled cookware as a gift for my daughter's wedding, but was very discouraged at some of the prices. This braiser arrived and looked to be the same quality as some of the most popular brands and after cooking 3 meals, I am convinced that this is of equal quality at an affordable price. Piece is heavy and well made. Will be ordering more.

Works well but... bottom is not completely flat so oil tends to pool to the sides as center is slightly raised. Not a deal breaker just have to periodically move side oil to center.

It is a substantial braiser and worked perfectly for my Thanksgiving dressing. It came out perfectly browned and cooked all the way through. It is also pretty enough to set on the buffet.

It is just beautiful! And, it distributes heat evenly, so it’s a great dish for cooking meats slowly. I’ve cooked chicken and pork in this and both came out extremely tender and the flavors were fabulous. I just wonder why it took me so long to buy this!

We have wanted an enameled braised for quite awhile but my wife wanted it to match our kitchen. This pot has more than satisfied our needs. It’s holds heat really well. Looks good, feels great and cooks even better. Easy to clean and will last forever.
