Casper Sleep Metal Bed Frame, Queen

It's adequate at best. There are much better bed frames available for less money. I have a Casper mattress, Casper sheets, Casper mattress protector, Casper pillow, and Casper foundation and love them all. Top notch quality and packaging. The Casper bed frame, however, was a big let down.First of all, the frame arrived damaged. Both headboard brackets were bent. Not a big deal as I don't use a headboard, but disappointing. The packaging was terrible. No protection whatsoever. Some of the paint on the rails had been rubbed or worn off during shipping due to the complete lack of any protective materials. No kidding, the bare metal pieces were just thrown into the box to rattle and bang against each other.Every other Casper product I've bought has been perfect. Impeccable quality and packaging. Not this time. Very disappointed. Certainly not up to Casper's standards.At least the damage isn't visible. That's the only reason I'm not going through the hassle of returning it.Oh, yeah, it was very easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy.

I had read several reviews stating that all parts were not in the box, but I thought, "What are the chances?". Silly me - 100%! Both side rails and the center support rail were in the sealed Casper box, but unfortunately, there was only one end rail included. Two are necessary to assemble the frame. 🤬The only bright side to this purchase was the Amazon customer service I received from Camille C. She was courteous, helpful, and quick to offer a replacement. It should be here in 3-7 days, and hopefully all parts will be included. Thank you Camille!I will say that I purchased the Casper frame simply because I have a new Casper mattress (that I LOVE) and I felt the best option was to stick with Casper products. Oh well....

This bed frame was one of the easiest i've put together. I came home after a couple cocktails to this as a project, and it was out of box and put together in 20 minutes. Would have been less if I wasn't slightly drunk. My only issue was the center piece was just slightly too short, so it required my friend having to push the end bar in while i slid the center support bar into the slot. Otherwise it was a cakewalk.

I purchased this frame with some hesitation because reviews were not great. Many reviews stated they did not receive all parts. I found all the parts to be with the FULL frame, HOWEVER…what is not shared in the description is that the full frame DOES NOT come with a center support. You only find this out when you open the box and read the instructions. I purchased 2 of these frames…had to use one immediately, but the other one will be going back

I had read good things and knew Casper was a respected brand, but this frame has been disappointing. Echoing another reviewer’s experience - I had two frames arrived badly damaged. The headboard bracket was severely bent. It seems OK as a frame, but the support beams don’t seem high enough to actually reach my boxspring. The boxspring does firmly lay in the siderails and the bed seems stable.I’m disappointed and surprised by the lack of quality control and the apathetic response from Casper’s CX person.

You will have to treat it roughly to assemble it..... It will fight you every step of the way....BUT, it is made of stern stuff and it will take it. Once assembled, there is no doubt that it will do the job and will be reasonably attractive, as far as a bed frame can be... :))))))

Very easy to put together. Nice that the post are inset, less chance of the dreaded toe stubbing on bed frame. it is not the cheapest but is is worth it. You get what you pay for. It is perfect for the spare bedroom

Designed and assembled in the USA, and made using 100% recycled steel and other high quality materials in the, super easy assembly no tools required, relatively lightweight and easy to move around. It is not the most inexpensive metal bed frame but the price is justified. It’s very sturdy and well built. It won’t doesn’t leave marks on the floor, or have sharp edges sticking out.

This frame went together easily without any tools. The pieces in this frame are solid with no movement. The one disappointment is the paint. It flakes off really easily. The paint was scraped off the end connectors out of the box. It didn't look like it had been previously opened so maybe they check the connections at the factory. As I put the frame together paint kept flaking off and I had to vacuum a bunch after assembly. Doesn't affect the function and you can't see it under the bed but no 5 stars for you.
