Easy to install and operate, and good quality. The pull cord can be positioned on either end of the blind. They are completely opaque to light. Just what we needed.

Measure twice, purchase once. For what I need, these are perfect and a decent price. I have an old home with original old wooden windows. They measure 31” wide. When I unboxed the shade and measured it, it’s 30” wide. The bracket and roller insert for both ends comes out to 31”. But they come close enough to the edge of the window and significantly blocks out the light. To force me to be picky, there is a slight gap up top but it still blocks light from the top enough to be satisfied. The shade is very thin and lightweight but NO light gets through. The “chain” to raise and lower is plastic and looks like it could break easily. However I will not be raising and lowering the shade daily so this does not bother me at all. Installation is quick as well. The screws are a bit big for the weight of the shade which took the longest amount of time for installation. But again, these are perfect for what I need, so I’m very satisfied.

Completely blocks light as advertised. Installation is a little bit more fiddly than expected but still easy enough - tip: temporarily secure the two roller assemblies to the rod with some duct tape (the handyman's secret weapon) to prevent them falling out when installing. Quality of material and manufacturing in relation to its attractive price is adequate or better than expected.

Mounted fairly easily, does a great job blocking out light. Used in my basement for a bar area so I can control the lighting and create better ambiance. Worked perfectly for this purpose.

Used this to cover a small window on a den door.It looks great! Fits even better. Make sure you have the right measurement! They have a lot of sizing options which was great to be able to choose from to fit my exact window.

I had to get smaller sizes due to how the inserts are for the attachment. I love that they block out what they cover of the sunlight. The actually string to adjust the level could be better, the aesthetics are lost when those are in sight.Overall, it was a good purchase for a quick fix.

This blackout shade is exactly what I needed. Client asked me to make his bedroom more light resistant. Had a huge 71x58 inch window. Installed shade outside of the window box about 1.5 inches over wall on each side. It works GREAT. He is very happy with how well it works to block light plus the shade was extremely affordable. Definitely recommend
