When I realised extremely late that I had only recieved half my order I contacted the seller directly and they very kindly without any problems sent out the balance immediately. I mention this because I notice there are a few reviews saying they had a similar problem with their quantity received and I wonder if they contacted the company to sort it out. Tbh I felt it was my own fault for not checking the order properly on delivery and contacting them immediately - many companies would use this as a way of not honouring or fulfilling the order so I am delighted with their response.The product is exactly what I expected and arrived in good condition.

I was updated by Amazon at each stage of order until it was shipped. Seller then took over and continued to advise delivery process.Seller conformed delivery date and this was regularly updated. Day before and on day of delivery a 2 hour slot was notified however had am appointment abd I had indicated online to leave order in a safe place outside.When I got home there were 2 cardboard boxes side placed side by side and out of sight. Yes boxes were heavy buy i opened and took our each bag of salts separately. The salts are nicely packed 2 to a bag and each bag has a strong carrying handle. I was able to carry 2 bags at a time inside garage for storage. My softener machine was nearly empty so I opened one bag and loaded machine. Blocks were in perfect condition not broken or crumbling etc as others have mentioned in reviews. I did examined the other bags and the blocks felt intacted.I have used this brand this for many years brought from my local dealer but they now only stock a more extensive brand.I am happy with my purchase and delivery and I will certainly order from this seller again especially if his price remains competitive

This is a heavy product. It's good to get it delivered. Well done for the driver.
