Indistinguishable from the real thing, except for the packaging which is not as bulky as ResMed's weirdly oversized bags, but still easy to open.

I bought the Large size and it is slightly smaller than the ResMed one that came with my CPap machine. On me it fit a little more snug but I actually liked that, I had leaks around the edge of the ResMed one-- it was very fidgitty to fit. However I gave my husband the 2nd one in the box to try (what every couple needs, matching cPap's) and it irritated the heck out of the skin on his nose. So I really feel like this is just one of those "you gotta try it" to see if it works for you

These are great and are exactly like the ones I got at the CPAP office. Impressed and thankful to find them here.

Most of these things are waaaay too expensive, these are a more affordable way to go. As far as I can tell, they work just as well as the expensive ones, and last as long.

Nice to replace in my C-PAP

These did not fit my husbands CPAP machine/ his nose. It said large, but fit was more of a small- it fit me.

These work, but I had to trim the rim with scissors because the edges inside would flap out and cover my nostril(s). Weird, but fine after trim and less than branded ones.
