Highly recommend came in very handy I love it no fault

The price was very good compared to the OEM (HP), but the color was not as true. Since I do mostly document printing the color quality is not as important. If I had to print photo or pictures where color is important I would use the OEM cartridges.The cartridges did indicate their status on the printer and the computer (Officejet Pro 7740). I recommended this item to a friend but he purchased a lower price item. The colors were off on his and the printer did not show the cartridge levels. So I am glad I purchased this item over the one he purchase.I would purchase it again but I may keep an OEM set on hand for printing photos.To update my comments, I just printed a picture and compared it to an OEM (same picture), it appears that after using the cartridges for a few weeks the color is just as good. Maybe cleaning the print head would have help after the new cartridges were installed. So far a great product and price.

I purchased these ink jet cartridges in previously (2023) and they worked great. I repurchased another set recently but my printer does not recognize the new cartridges because it does not contain a HP compatible chip. The company must have changed something with the product but still claims they are compatible with my printer. Very disappointed! Do no buy!

I purchased these cartridges back in August 2023, but attempted to use them in my HP printer after the return period and it did not work, as the cartridges were apparently missing a chip. The printer only uses actual HP cartridges. As the return date had passed, I was stuck with cartridges I could not use. I wrote a review and the seller reached out to me and resolved this matter!!Amanda, thank you so much for reaching out to me and making this right.! I purchased these ink cartridges because I was tired of paying name brand prices. I wasn’t sure they would be as good, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The arrived neatly in a box, each cartridge individually packaged in a sturdy plastic sleeve. When I put the cartridge in, my HP printer of course said that it couldn’t guarantee the quality since this wasn’t a HP product. I simply hit “ok” and have had no issues whatsoever. The print quality is the same as HP (mind you, I have not printed any photos with these cartridges). I highly recommend this brand of ink cartridge replacements.

I have to correct my previous review giving this ink 2 stars i did mixed up with an other ink i had ordered and didn't work for my printer but this isPerfect for my printer

Cartridges would not work in our HP. Chip not recognized and the troubleshooting work around solution offered in the included literature to simply remove the cartridge and reinsert didn't solve the issue. Our HP printer's firmware ended up blocking the cartridge and we couldn't print until we got a compatible one. We typically get the Rohon brand from Amazon and those work great. Thought we'd try a different option and now we regret it. Ordering more of the Rohon cartridges now.
