This device is what I wanted!
My first time saving up my money and buying this device, when it arrived, I immediately cancelled what I was doing to get it. This is my device I wanted back then and now, getting to use it for months and all, I'll tell you what to expect and some bugs I had. I'm gonna start off with major con that I'm experiencing: The phone just randomly shuts off when doing anything intensive on battery. This is a major bummer honestly and I need to plug into a charger to get it back up and running. Other issues is the phone gets hot, I haven't measured the temps yet but when in a voice call for hours, it gets dangerously close to burning temps. Now with those cons aside, the pros: this device is a International model, which isn't a good for a US citizen like me but with that, I get more storage, also, LTE still works in my area and I still get good speeds. Battery life, most definitely a plus but batts degrade, so don't get too excited about it. Sound quality is definitely great, not the greatest in terms of other devices I used back then, but definitely better than the competition. I'm just gonna say it, but the screen size and quality is most definitely the best thing out of this device, it being HDR and having 120Hz is awesome. Plus, a few things to note, Micro SD Card expansion, that's definitely what I want, 12GBs of RAM, most definitely useful if you're a multitasker like me, Headphones Jack, for you jack lovers out there, this is the only flagship that haves it. Dual SIMs for you people who use it for main and work uses. And closely to stock Android with some Sony bloat.

HDR content not available for some Apps.
Arrived correctly and well packaged. It's a bummer that streams apps doesn't make use of the 4K HDR display benefits. Only HBOMAX recognize and play content in this resolution but Netflix, Disney+ and even Prime Video only streams in 1080p, and Netflix when I check for Playback Compatibility says that the device doesn't have HDR capabilities. Not sure if Sony's fault or the stream app's fault, but just beware of that. A shame because previous models like Xperia 1 III does support the HDR content. Rather than that, phone is beautiful and pretty quick.Quick edit update: It seems that Sony found a bug for the reason why it was not playing in Full HD. With the recent updates the playback are now in Full HD but no HDR Capabilities for Netflix, this might not be needed due to creators mode. In order to get the Full HD on Netflix you will need to clear the cache and data from the app and re-signing after updating to the latest software/security updates, same for others streamings apps.

It works on Verizon
idk what the title of this product is saying with "not Compatible with Verizon/Sprint" lol. Popped my SIM in and it worked just fine. Great phone. Became my daily driver easily. And this model has an unlocked bootloader.

If you are in the US, do not by from NGP store.
This is the XQ-DQ72, with wireless bands suitable for the South-East Asian market. You will not get 5G in the US.Moreover the information from NGP store is criminally misleading. The phrase "GSM Only | No CDMA - Not Compatible with Verizon/Sprint" implies that it _is_compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T. This is partially true in the case of T-Mobile, but if you plug in an AT&T SIM your line will be disabled once you attempt to make a call. AT&T only provides VoLTE (and thus service) to specific phones; Google "Service Capabilities for your Unlocked Device" for details. Also contrary to what the headline says, it *will* work on Verizon. It will not pass their compatibility check though, so to sign up for new service you need to provide the IMEI of a US device, such as the XQ-DQ62. However once you have a physical SIM you can plug it into this phone and it will work fine.Lastly, the term "GSM only" is meaningless, as GSM is a 2G technology that's no longer being used by any US carrier. All major US carrier now use LTE (4G) and NR (5G) only.
