Pop a little lube on your booty hole, insert the douche and gently, gently squeeze the water out of the douche until empty. As if you are cleansing, gently empty your bowel. The waste will exit down the toilet. If you do not feel clean you can refill with water and replete the process. I use this enema as an irrigator. First time it was difficult but after few use got easier. I would recommend this useful product.

After a few uses the outlets and the metal on the underneath became rusty, which means if you use it after that you are going to be putting toxins directly into your body (the metal underneath doesn't appear in the photos).
