UPDATE!!!! 5/26/25 seller reached out to me and apologized for the terrible inconvenience I’ve been having and offered full refund or replacement, I asked for the brand new replacement (picture shown above) and it arrived 5/28/25 as promised! Working smoothly so far thx for keeping your word……Purchased on 7/17/24 was working fine up until 2/10/25 one of the dvd players went out so we've been using the other dvd player since they come in 2’s then on 4/11/25 the surviving dvd player has also completely died. No they have not been dropped, thrown, or damaged in any way. They will start off by freezing then skipping from time to time then randomly stop. I've unplug I've blown I've even tried turning the switch off and on again but nothing seems to revive them. I'm upset that I barely got a year out of these dvd sets. My babies loved them☹️

Have been back and forth actually purchasing these because reviews are always so bad but took a chance with these and it has so far paid off. I saw on some reviews the cord was not long enough and would loosen causing it to stop, so I bought an extension which works out great. It does have to be compatible with 12V which most cars but incase ur wondering it says in the manual not to use with 24V because it could drain car battery and break player. Luckily the extension and everything was built for 12V and it worked out for me didn’t have to return the remotes work great easy to program. All the wires can be a bit annoying but I just tucked them into the armrest and will be looking for some wire holders to secure them better but overall happy with the purchase and of course kids love it too

Highly recommend for any traveling family with young kids. Screen size is great. Super easy for kids to use. I would suggest longer cord length as our got stepped on getting in and out and broke off at the car port. Great value of the price. Sounds great!

Great for travel

Stopped working after 4 months - will play for 15 seconds, then say no DVD found. One side worked for 2 months - the second died after 4 months. Not worth the money and no one responds to fix it.

After 21 months, they finally bit the dust. They worked great at first. After about a year, only one side of the split power cord worked. In the last two months, the remaining one became iffy, and one screen stopped recognizing DVDs. Now neither side of the power cord works, so they’re useless. They could be highly improved by having a battery option and/or separate power cords.

Childhood memories of road trips with jimmy neutron playing are restored again! My kiddos love them! ( now we limit the amount of screen time they have, they color and read books and sometimes sleep!)

My grandkids love these good picture quality perfect screen size for the vehicle and long trips.
