Great Product!
Bought for a gun case to build out an empty pelican case for TSA during travel. Easy to use, sturdy enough to stack and hold things, but soft enough to cut into for shapes.

Work like a charm!
Just as others have described, they arrive incredibly compact. Mine were compressed so tightly their combined width was less than half an inch. But as soon as I removed them from the vacuum-packed plastic wrap, they sprung up to their 1-inch depth. It was actually pretty cool to watch. I saw one review where the buyer said it took several days for the foam to expand, but mine did instantly to their full width.

Open cell foam with flow restriction.
I've got a 20 year old air-to-air exchanger that had torn filters. These were thicker and seem to flow air less freely. It cuts easily with scissors and pushed into the aluminum frame. Trying them now, might not flow as much air but probably filters better. Time will tell.
