We are SOLD on this product! Very useful during our 12-day trip to Japan. GREAT CLOTHES STEAMER!
Update: GET THIS PRODUCT! Better than I hoped. It is a BARGAIN FOR CLOTHES STEAMING, TOO!You'll find the equivalent of this same product going from $200-$500 promoted as a steamer! (Search "Hanging Garment Steamer,Garment Hanger for Steaming Clothes,Collapsible Automatic Wireless Vertical Steam Iron,One-Key Care for Clothes & Fabric, pink". for the results).---Original review (which I discovered I forgot to click the [Submit] button last November 2024 and this was sitting in my Product Reviews): I tested this with a variety of clothes before travel. I didn't stick to max 5 in unit while first testing. I left socks on its floor, hung dress shirts, turtleneck sweaters, knit pants, and undies. Great job, given small appliance. When my sister first checked it out, she had big doubts on its effectiveness -- until we packed a dozen+ (really!) of small items overnight and she was won over. Of course: Machine-spun clothing is quicker to dry, not unexpected. Even hand washed clothing dried to our satisfaction despite extra time. We did NOT want to hang around hotel laundromats and we only had small loads to dry. We wrung heavier-weight blue jeans as best we could, then let them drip dry over the bathtub for about a half day before sticking them in the dryer. Dress shirts labeled pre-ironed allowed them to look pressed. Knits held their shape. It's rated 110 volts. Japan runs on 100 volts, yet we didn't notice any performance shortcomings on that end. Only time will tell if it holds up in future trips. For now, it's definitely a keeper (Wish we had this during our ol' junior high school days when we didn't have a dryer and had to line-dry our washed outfits to wear the next day.) I am guessing its longevity is likelier as long as you make room for air circulation so don't plan to overstuff the loads. Also, I ordered online the FREE dryer hanger when we got back. It will definitely be useful when there isn't a clothes rod available. (Japanese hotels are very compact with tiny-to-no closet areas. The special hanger/adapter will allow it to be clamped to an upper shelf to do its job.)(Maybe I'll be on the lookout for a complimentary product that also doesn't take up a lot of room but will spin hand-washed items prior to putting them in this dryer..lol.)if I run into problems in the future. I'll be sure to update this review, keeping in mind that this product is meant for smaller drying jobs. It's so handy.

Fantastic for small spaces!
This thing has been a life saver. Our main dryer broke so we bought this, and it’s gotten us through for months while we wait for parts for our dryer to come in. It’s small, but as long as you work in small loads (we only dry 5 items at a time) it works fantastic. It’s not too loud, and it’s super easy to use. The compact-ness of it is also great, since when we aren’t using it, we can fold it up and put it somewhere. Overall it’s a great design for a small space, and extremely useful for things like travel. I would absolutely buy again.

Good portable dryer for travel
We usually pack light and quick dry clothes when traveling. Now, for trips lasting weeks, we pack ALOT less clothing and bring this dryer. Just wash at the hotels and dry them. I tested this by drying 1 pair of long pants, 2 t-shirts, 2 shorts, several socks, 1 sweater, several under garments. Turned it on at lowest fan mode and checked after 1hr 15min, everything was dry.The unit has 2 fan speed settings, normal or high, blows air at 140F (measured 2" below the coil with NIST certified thermometer); timer can be set at 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7 hours; unit measured at 8.5"x11.15"x4.75" and weighed less than 3lbs; very quiet while running in normal fan mode; electrical cord is approx 7 feet long. Can't comment on the UV feature, did not use it.It is rated for 110V. So for international traveling, research the destination country's specifications and bring the appropriate converter and/or adapter.

Fantastic device
This closet-hanging, portable dryer is fantastic.Works just as promised, and does a great job, mainly on lighter-weight clothes.I haven’t tried a pair of jeans yet, but I needed it for my daughter’s softball uniforms during a week of tournaments, and it performed amazingly.Customer service has been wonderful as well. They checked in to make sure all was good with the product, and are happy to answer any questions/concerns that may ever arise.Highly recommended!

Nice compact unit works very well.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was very impressed with this item and its capabilities. I used it for a trip for a basketball tournament. My son needed to wear the uniform several days in a row and this was the easiest way to get it dried. There are portable washing machine machines but II was very impressed with this item and its capabilities. I used it for a trip for a basketball tournament. My son needed to wear the uniform several days in a row and this was the easiest way to get it dried. There are portable washing machines, but I took Tide to go and washed the uniform in the sink each day. You have to to ensure the items you wash are completely wrung out. I brought my own flat black hangers which worked perfectly inside the unit. We were able to hang the unit inside of the hotel closet, the cord was long enough to reach to the nearest outlet. I did periodically check inside the bag because the items I washed were fairly wet and dripping, even though I had wrung them out quite well. It did take some time but the convenience of this unit was amazing! I even threw a little dryer sheet at the bottom of the unit. It tends to get quite warm so every time you unzip it you are losing the nice hot air if you check on the clothes. There is a timer option or you can consistently run it at different levels. I’m very impressed and will be taking this compact unit on other trips.
